    small form factor, nice looking match my silver macbook, premium quality I just tried to copy a 480Mb data from my MacBook to USB flash drive, super fast! I am very happy with this purchase. Recommend it to anybody who has a silver MacBook

    After just over 6 months, it works intermittently. I have to unplug it/plug it back in numerous times a day as my monitor will flicker out and/or go static. Ive tried different laptops (Mac and PC), different HDMI cords, and different monitors and the problem persists.

    This multi port adapter is supposed to be rose gold. It doesn’t match the color indicated on the box or what was shown on Amazon when I bought it. Therefor, it doesnt match my MacBook. Not happy that I have to return it.

    If you have a large screen, do *NOT* buy this device. When attached to a Macbook Pro (15-inch, 2019) running 10.14.6 (Mojave), the 4-port Lention (model C35H) is unable to drive a 32 Asus monitor through the HDMI port. I had high hopes for this device and was very disappointed to find that I still have to use two dongles. **UPDATE** I am changing this review to 3 stars because of their very excellent customer service team. They sent me a replacement model that still didnt work, but I appreciated their effort.

Please Note:

  • The video output needs your device’s type c port support DP Alt Mode or Thunderbolt 3. Please make sure whether your device supports it or not.
  • The Max resolutions and refresh rates output of the adapter are entirely dependent on the USB-C host devices, connected cable, and display specifications.
  • To manually adjust the resolution for your Mac OS, hold down the “option” key and then click “Scaled”.
  • To manually adjust the resolution for your Window OS, go to "Windows Setting" - "System" - "Display".
  • If you want to play audio via the external HDMI device, please change the "the default audio output device" setting in the system preference.
  • Not compatible with Apple Superdrive.
