> 3 dayIt is a decent looking device and certainly works as advertised. It can empty the entire reservoir in one day if left on high, so it can really pump out the mist. It is very quiet and can regulate itself by maintaining a particular humidity level, which is a nice feature. On the minus side, while it can be app controlled, the app is ludicrously bloated and intrusive with endless notifications and advertisements. The hygrometer that it uses to maintain a set humidity gets thrown off wildly when refilling the reservoir making it necessary to set it to low for a few hours to settle it down before putting it back on automatic or else itll never turn itself back on again no matter how dry the room is. The display is either super bright or off. It would be nice if it could be dimmed at night. After a year and a half of use, the plastic around the transducer is being eroded away by the ultrasound (cavitation erosion) but I imagine the only real problem with that is it will get a little louder in the future. But the biggest problem is how difficult it is to clean. Around here, red mildew (actually bacteria) forms in all damp spaces and this humidifier is no different. Thats not the humidifiers fault. But there are so many small spaces both in the base and at the bottom of the reservoir, which doubles as the spout for the mist output, that even a toothbrush is too big to reach them. Also the spout has a noise reducer that can be partially disassembled, but part of it is fixed at the bottom of the spout and cant be removed or reached unless you have a very specifically shaped bottle brush. The instructions only talk about cleaning out scale with vinegar, a problem I dont have, but make no mention of how to actually clean for bacteria or mildew. Ive used diluted chlorine bleach, but that small part at the base of the spout cant be reached so I just pour the bleach through as the last step and its good enough, I guess, but whatever I couldnt reach just re-seeds the bacteria making more frequent cleanings necessary. Every other problem could be chalked up as a quirk, but the pain of cleaning this machine is the reason I wouldnt recommend this unit to others.

> 3 dayWe bought this inset of the app. All I want to do is push a button at night to turn it on and push a button in the morning to turn it off. It is quiet and has a good output. One thing I will mention is that the buttons on the front are VERY sensitive. You barely have to touch them to operate the unit. It took me a while to figure this out. I would press harder and harder only to inconsistently get the humidifier to run. Used the app just out of curiosity and it works well if you want to use it. Would buy it again.

05-06-2025Bought this early 2023, ended up getting two for separate rooms. Held up great so far, have not had issues. Only ever used RO water on these and have not had build ups or any yellowing issues. Definitely helps with the dry weather here in AZ. As for cleaning, initially just emptied in the morning after use and let dry, have not had issues. I did get lazy and let it run for a month without emptying but using RO only water, it still looks clean and did not have yellowing or build up, just used vinegar and water to clean just to be safe. After rinsing and drying, I would let it run for awhile since it still had some vinegar smell that eventually went away.

> 3 dayI bought this product to control the humidity in my bedroom in order to help me breath at nights and reduce my dry skin issue especially in the winter. I must say it’s a great product to have with all its smart features, I set mine on a schedule to turn on at 8pm and shut off at 8AM which works great. So far I love it and have no major issues with it, only that I cannot smell the aroma when using the aroma pad. I believe it doesn’t spread the scents around the room I can only smell the essential oil at the back of the humidifier where the aroma pad is located. That’s the only issue I have with it but I still think it’s a great product and I will keep it.

Greater than one weekWorks great and love that it hooks up to my phone and Alexa devices. Let’s you turn the humidifier on/off, set humidity level, and monitor levels as well. Set up was very easy.

Greater than one weekI bought this humidifier because my kiddos were constantly under the weather and I wanted something big enough to cover my living space during the day, since thats where we mostly were throughout the day. After a few houyr with the machine on, the room began to look smokey (Like a dense fog). So now we only use it a couple hours at a time because of the fog it develops.

> 3 dayThis is great for keep room from being dry. I have felt a difference in my skin which I didnt think about when I bought it but for people with dry or sensitive skin it also help with that a little. The extra filter really make you realize how normal water from sink is pretty dirty. I got a Britta to use with this because you will be cleaning every other day with tap water use but will have to clean way less with clean filtered water. Smart features make sure it runs when only needed and give notifications when to clean and fill. Aroma therapy isnt that strong with it but they do mention that in the booklet. Fairly easy to clean After a few months the humidity was reading off and was high enough it would not turn on using the auto mode. I found others with the same issue and it seems if when cleaning it if you get ANY water near or in the aroma box area (where Im told the sensor is) it will throw the sensor off. Some say for them it maxes out over 80%, mine is not that bad but enough that it reads 10-15% over my other sensors and would not run. When I turn it on it usually start around 45% and after running a couple of minutes it goes up towards 55%. I still overall like the device but its annoying considering at one point I just fill it with water every day and it does the rest. Ive heard some use an inkbird to work around it but I havent tried myself. Some people claimed shutting it off for a while would fix it but for me it didnt work. When I got it would only read 2-3% different from my other sensors. In the future the manufacturer should make the sensor easy to replace if its a problem thats hard to avoid on a unit with water. Dropped it two stars for this!
