> 24 hourI have absolutely nothing negative to say about this product. Unboxing it was a breeze and made my day that much easier. Probably my favorite thing about this projector is that it is Bluetooth enabled so I dont have to have a thousand cords running to the projector or have my media center anywhere close to it honestly. I have the power cord and one hdmi cord ran to it and everything else is bluetooth for us. One thing that I wish was an option on this projector was Hulu streaming services. While searching the store for it, its not listed anywhere to be able to add it to this projectors apps . I dont have cable and use only streaming services so that is a downfall for me. I have my projector hooked up to a surround sound receiver which sounds amazing. If it wasnt hooked up to it, I use just the speakers in the projector itself which are of great quality. Very loud and good sound. It doesnt get distorted at all when at maximum volume. The picture quality is breathtaking. The remote is really responsive so long as you are pointing in the direction of the projector itself. There are 2 viewing lenses for it and without the remote being able to see those, it goes a little wonky. The cursor on it is very responsive. I love it. Overall its a 10/10 rating from my family .

> 24 hourThe product is a great buy for the price. Be it picture quality, features, OS or remote - all of them are great. I think LG has nailed this one. The only downside is the fact that native OS does not allow you to download multiple apps. However it can be easily overcome if you buy a streaming device like amazon FIRE TV Stick or something.

> 24 hourI am stoked to see how good the image looks during the day and at night. I give it 5 stars and it does come with Netflix and Disney+ and is very user friendly the interface as well as the remote control. It weights very little and super quiet you barley hear the fan. very glad I bought it and the price was amazing too.

> 24 hourThis is an excellent example of a smart projector with added bluetooth capability. The colors are very true and cinema mode plus HDR effect mode have great color effect. However, the contrast level is poor and dark scene details dissapear, which is disappointing for the price. Bluetooth should be standard on all projectors, and it is on this one, but the sound is delayed and choppy at times...I was really excited about the smart features, but the picture quality and bluetooth sound do disappoint. Sorry LG, lets get back and produce something that may compete with other 4K projectors on the dark scenes and for Gods sake please get up to speed with good working bluetooth...

> 24 hourAfter using it only twice started getting an overheat message. At first it would let you exit out of the message but then it would shut off the unit. The unit was in a completely exposed area of the room, our AC works as well. After the first heat messages I even placed a small fan that would blow on the unit and continue to get the message. The one star is for Amazon and LG. When I went to return the unit Amazon direct me to LG, which was an out of country call whichever one knows is a big pain. Still attempting to return the unit now after spending 20 minutes on the phone with lg. LG continues to push technical support but if I received a brand new unit and had these issues theres no chance I want to stay with this company. Ended up buying a BenQ projector in the meantime, significantly happier with that at this time. Use the projector mostly for late night movies and it does a great job. Wouldnt recommend risking buying this and running into issues.

> 24 hourThis initially was looking to be an excellent project, unfortunately, it took a turn for the worst when I realized that the OS doesnt support Hulu or HBO Max. I dont know who decided to combine 2022 hardware with a 1970s piece of software, but honestly how do you miss out on two of the bigger streaming services when choosing an OS? I contacted both HBO and Hulu, neither plan to support this OS, and LG just gives their typical run around like they do with all of their other products. They dodge questions and then disconnect from the chat. Youd be better off using a phone rather than this expensive paperweight.

> 24 hourIm very satisfied with this projector. I had originally bought an Optima for around the same price range that didnt impress me at all so I returned it and bought this LG. It has a really great picture even with our lights on. I love the LG software that makes navigating in the system smooth and also the remote that it comes with is pretty awesome. The only negative I can think of is dark scenes are hard to see sometimes when we have our lights on but thats nothing to complain about since most projectors need it to be dark for a good picture.
