I liked the product. It was 1/3 the price of the Hood Lift Supports from the dealer and 1/2 the price the auto supply places were selling them for. I wen over them with a fine tooth comb and its equal to the OEM produce.

I can not address longevity as JUST changed out the hood lift spports on a 2015 Sonata. Hood would not stay up. Ordered these. Sipping was fast. Looks to be a quality part. CLEAR directions on how to replace were provided. Had the daughter hold the hood up so it would not hit on my head:) Took ALL OF 5 mins. to change out the right and left hood lift supporters. All is good now:)

I have installed this item and it was the same as the original lift. Also it was cheap for $40. The dealer will do this installation with the parts for $400.00. What a rip off. It was very easy to install, do it yourself and you will save a lot of money.

Hyundai wanted 550 for install and new struts. I did them myself. So easy.
