> 3 dayI thought the fabric would be more of a canvas material but its definitely more like a waterproof swishy fabric. The bag is pretty spacious but I have trouble deciding what to put in the 3 small mesh pockets in the back of the middle flap as the calculator in my pictures doesnt allow much room. Mine did have 1 loose string sticking out which was kind of annoying but I cut it and hopefully it doesnt start to unravel the bag or something. As I dont carry that many school supplies, I used the very back of the bag to hold my portable charger and cosmetics. The oil blotting compact doesnt easily fall out of the bag as there is a sort of lip that extends higher than the bags back that holds everything in place.

> 3 dayI am a huge organization freak so this was an exciting purchase for me. I ordered the color coral because I didn’t want one with a brown inside (this has grey). It can fit 8 pens in the inside pocket comfortable. 9 pens if you don’t mind it curving slightly to allow that final pen in the slot. NONE of the bands are stretch which is kinda annoying if you want to fill up every space. Also not a big deal though because then it would stretch out and become loose. The mesh pockets seem tight enough that whatever you put in there shouldn’t slide out. And if it does, well it’s a zipper pouch so you’re covered. The material feels very durable as does the zipper. Tiny little outside pockets people seem to use for post it notes (unsure if I’ll do that as I couldn’t handle the crinkly edges). Plan on adding pencils, flash drive, paper clips or whatever else comes up that I think I can shove in here. This is the “standard”, not the double.

> 3 dayOkay had this for over 4 years. And the problems was that the pens and pencils would be sliding off from where it’s supposed to stay at especially at the part where their is a strap to hold the pens in. So I wouldn’t wanna buy it again. It also was squished due to my belongs in the backpack so it would take a tiny bit longer to open it up.

> 3 dayThis is a very versatile bag that will be my en pleine air bag when sketching with fountain pens (there are six pens, each with a different color of ink). There are instructions (only in Japanese), however, I found myself moving and rearranging pens in this bag and ignoring the instructions. Lots of room for storing stuff that you want, in a manner which you find best. You might say, think outside the box when organizing stuff inside this bag. While it is light in weight, the exterior feels like it would take some doing to rip or cut the bag. I am so happy I bought this bag.

> 3 dayA great case. Ive fit -10 pens/pencils plus a slim x-acto on the front inside -8 pens on the front of the flap -eraser, spare lead, spare ink, and spare pencil parts on the back of the flap -11 markers/pens and a brush pen plus a small ruler in the back inside The concern you should have is not will it hold all my basic necessities but rather do I have enough basic necessities to keep things from sliding around/out. Its smooth on the inside and none of the straps/nets have a lot of grip, so your tools have to hold each other in place. Thats not a downside, per se, but just something to keep in mind. If you only have 5-6 pens and you buy this, you might then be tempted to buy 20 new pens just to fill it. Also if you feel like youre prone to knocking things over, and you leave this lying open, some things might slip out and potentially get lost/broken. But its durable, stays clean, hasnt jammed so far, and is itself very light, which is good because it gets weighed down quite a bit once its full. The jet black color option LOOKS great, too.

> 3 dayIt is good for the price, but I’d gladly pay double for a sturdier interior and a bit more depth, especially in the back pocket. The interior is a super cheap feeling nylon and the stitching doesn’t impress me. But again.. $8.50. The outer material is a much sturdier feeling nylon type material, and those pockets are nice and tight - I can fit Mini post it notes there no problem. The other interior side has a large mesh pocket that JUST fits my TI-86 one one side, and three long and narrow pockets that I put extra Apple Pencil caps, ink cartridges, and a needle and a few Q-tips for cleaning. Those little pockets aren’t very deep, so any dreams of putting anything with depth - forget it. With a full size mars plastic eraser, the zipper was strained, but the mini size erasers were no problem. I think the large back pocket I have my calculator in may get reused to hold flash cards and just keep the calculator separate. I feel like it would wash well on cold, but I’d probably spot clean if I weren’t so lazy. I hope Lihit labs makes a slightly sturdier version because I do like it overall.

> 3 dayThis is a very well built pencil case with a lot of great options. Im giving it 4 stars for 2 reasons: while you have a lot of great options, in a way it still limits you (that may seem like an odd statement unless youre actually holding one in front of you). You cant use highlighters or markers of any kind that are fatter than the average pen. If you put non-mechanical pencils in the front sections, theres no pocket or stop of any kind so they can easily slide through. And can we talk about the instructions in Japanese?! So, that part is a complete loss for me. If there were ideas posted of the different ways that they sections could be used, that would be awesome and very helpful. Can some owners post short videos on how they used it? That would be great! Right now, Im doing a bit of trial and error (mostly error). I think that no matter what size you get, this is worthy every penny and can last a long time. I wish I saw this years ago because Ive wasted so much money trying to find a case like this to meet all my needs. Im sure it will take me through Grad School and beyond.

> 3 dayShipping: Arrived right on time with no problems! Product: The material of the case is very durable, water and stain resistant, and is truly black. The zippers are extremely durable, has a nice zip sound, and feels expensive. Even if you overfilled you wont expect the zipper to bust open. However, the case is indeed very spacious, but you still might want to be selective on what items you choose instead of putting in whole sets of pens because it will become unbearably bulky. The outside pockets do not hold much, but only thin items like paper or sticky notes with a tight fit. The functionality of the case is great, but it doesnt hold anything long in length without messing with the positioning or creating visible bumps on the side when closed. The material on the inside is the same as a the outside, but in a different color. The stitching seems strong and there arent any visible threads popping out. The book style flap holds small items like erasers, mini sticky notes, and pencil sharpeners in mesh pockets on one side, but if they items are too small they will fall out. You also have to plan out the placement of the items because it may be hard to get some items out if a larger item above is blocking the opening of a pocket. On the other side of the flap you can hold more pencils, but as long as they are shorter in length because otherwise you wouldnt be able to zip up the case. Overall, I highlight recommend the LIHIT LAB Pen Case because not only is it affordable, but also high quality. This is a great organization tool for anyone into stationery or for anything that needs organizing!
