I love this product , I buy a bag at-least once a month. It taste great ! I’ve given it to my friends to try it and they have become obsessed with it as well. This is great to take when you have a hangover .

Holy grail for hangovers! I might’ve went overboard but I drank one before drinking and one after drinking when I got home and woke up and felt totally fine in the morning. And then I took one in the morning as well because I was in the sun all day on an island! This ensured I had a great time on my vacation without feeling sick from being hungover. This is definitely gonna be a staple in my cabinet at this point!!!!!

Taste great and is also great for hydrating after a long run. Flavor is strong but l usually like to water down the sports drink.

Im torn. I love the taste but when you look at the label... SO MUCH SODIUM! Drinking this once a day made me bloated. Not worth the side effects to me. I would recommend using once in a while but definitely not once a day! I would find a different low sodium option if youre looking for once a day.

Used after surgery when drinking water was tough. Great on the go and in my bag, I’m a nurse so sometimes getting my water a hassle. Do recommend
