I have an Autoimmune disease which requires I stay hydrated 100% of the time. This is the trick! They’re so easy! And better than Nunn’s, Pedialyte, or any other other “hydration”/electrolyte tablets/powders/liquids. Because of the sodium, the taste can off-put some people, but I’m used to it. However, to remedy this, just use a squirt of Mio brand or any name or house brand water flavoring you like in with your Liquid I.V. and it tastes SOO much better!! Because I use 3 or more individual packs in 24 hours, it does get very expensive though!! Overall a great product! And I rarely give out 5 stars!! :-) Enjoy!!

Easy to use and great look for the price

I know you have the fluid bottles also but I was given samples of this exact product and like it. Great price too!!

The easy to use pouches make it about a simple as filling a cup with water. My friends like the strawberry flavoring, i just enjoy watermelon better.

Helps with hydration

This product works better than just water and is easy to use. The flavor is good but it may be too sweet for some.

Flavor isnt as pure as i thought it might be, but overall I feel refreshed after drinking a bottle of water with the Liquid IV infused, and it lasts all day.

This is my go-to product for hydration. Ive found that it helps after workouts and on mornings after enjoying a cocktail or two. Most importantly, I like the fact that it contains supplements essential to maintaining muscle and cognitive health. Additionally, ordering the product here is a more cost-effective solution to buying it from my local pharmacies which only carry the smaller 10 pack.

It takes a while for it to mix well, I loved the flavor but my wife did not. I got lemon after and it reminds me of the yellow Gatorade flavor

My job is outdoors all day and this product helps with electrolyte balance . Tastes great .
