Absolutely LOVE this stuff. I prefer the grape the best but will drink any flavors. I drink these if I know I will be drinking that night, if Im sick, or even traveling. They give you that boost of energy to keep you going.

I get dehydrated very easily. Ive tried a lot of different electrolytes and this are by far the best. They have just the right amount of flavor if youre like me and dont like sweet drinks. My favorite is the strawberry. The watermelon tastes salty to me. When I use these I dont have daily headaches or migraines like I used to. They are a life saver for me. I dont go without these.
