I absolutely love this product. As someone who dislikes drinking regular water as well as, has issues staying hydrated due to a medical issue, LiquidIV has been a blessing! I have tried a few different flavors but the one flavor I come back to is strawberry. This tastes good in ice cold water and even room temperature water. If you like other products that give you extra hydration, give this one a go! I have gotten so many friends and family members on this and I always carry a packet in my purse. LOVE!

I discovered Liquid I.V. after my daughters bachelorette party. It was packed in everybodys recovery kit. I drank one packet the night before as it was a weekend event, and I woke up feeling like I was 21 and ready to roll again!! The next packet I took was Sunday morning and it really helped rehydrate me after a long hot day on the lake in the sun, and far too many beverages. Strawberry is my favorite flavor, I also like grape, tropical punch, and watermelon. I recommend these to everyone and always have extra on hand. These are a little pricey, so I tend to watch for sales and then stock up. I like to mix mine with a few ice cubes and a 16oz. water and shake really well. The ice seems to help break it up better and I think it tastes the best ice cold. My pro tip: continue to shake every couple sips to make sure everything doesnt sit at the bottom of the bottle/glass/cup. Enjoy!

I stopped using because of the product cost. Other than that I’d still be drinking it, just didn’t have enough value for me.

This product works better than just water and is easy to use. The flavor is good but it may be too sweet for some.

I do like this item and I may buy it again. I just wish it was a little cheaper

The easy to use pouches make it about a simple as filling a cup with water. My friends like the strawberry flavoring, i just enjoy watermelon better.
