My job is outdoors all day and this product helps with electrolyte balance . Tastes great .

I have an Autoimmune disease which requires I stay hydrated 100% of the time. This is the trick! They’re so easy! And better than Nunn’s, Pedialyte, or any other other “hydration”/electrolyte tablets/powders/liquids. Because of the sodium, the taste can off-put some people, but I’m used to it. However, to remedy this, just use a squirt of Mio brand or any name or house brand water flavoring you like in with your Liquid I.V. and it tastes SOO much better!! Because I use 3 or more individual packs in 24 hours, it does get very expensive though!! Overall a great product! And I rarely give out 5 stars!! :-) Enjoy!!

It tastes great and its hydrating. A bit pricy and if you are trying it for the first time I recommend to give it a try, tastes weird at first but after you get used to it its very addicting. As far as ingredients go there are healthier alternatives.

Works great! I sometimes get dizzy if I am dehydrated (I have a medical issue that can make me dehydrated). Was feeling dizzy, then I took the Liquid I.V. product, and I felt well for the rest of the day - no more dizziness! Woohoo!!

The easy to use pouches make it about a simple as filling a cup with water. My friends like the strawberry flavoring, i just enjoy watermelon better.

Amazing, taste so good, and keep my hydrated. I would keep in mind when using to dissolve the product in 2 oz of warm water before adding cold water and ice.

It takes a while for it to mix well, I loved the flavor but my wife did not. I got lemon after and it reminds me of the yellow Gatorade flavor
