Love this stuff.

I used the flavor packet for a 64oz bottle and it was the perfect ratio for me. When I use a liquid IV with the same bottle, the flavor tastes more diluted than I would like.

Always look forward to when I drink this! Yum!

I have POTS and need to up my intake of both water and salt, so these packets are perfect. This particular flavor is niiiiice. But I learned that it makes a lot more sense to buy them directly from the companys website.

After seeing so many people on YouTube recommending this, I finally decided to give it a try. I bought the sample pack, and liked the watermelon flavor the best, so purchased a box of Watermelon. I really love this product! I fill my 40 oz tumbler with cold water almost to the top, probably about 34-36 oz of ice cold water and add a packet and stir. It keeps cold and Ive found that the saltiness and sweetness balances well with that much water. If I use less water, the taste is too strong. The price of this is kind of high, but for me its worth it to get the electrolytes that I need. I also like that the ingredients are clean - no colors or artificial sweeteners, etc. Also, I cant take mag citrate because it causes digestive issues, and so many electrolytes are made with citrate, which is a less expensive form of magnesium. This has magnesium malate, which is good for energy and mood, among other things. Im very happy with this product and highly recommend it.

After having purchased the citrus lime, I added the orange (cold favorite)- and then this one. I wasn’t too sure about a hot chocolate electrolyte type drink. However, this can truly be made into a delicious hot beverage. Pour some hot water and add a splash of heavy cream- which is what I already do to my other hot beverage I love (Dandy Blend). I have to RESIST drinking multiple a day because it is so incredibly delicious! Sweet, salty, chocolatey, creamy. A hug in a mug but make it healthy. It’s a 10/10 from me.

I have been living with POTS for 11 years. LMNT is absolutely a miracle for me. I would recommend to anyone with POTS. The watermelon flavor is my favorite.

I enjoy the product a lot, but one way completely empty. This isn’t a cheap product so that was disappointing.
