Nothing like adding a little extra salt to your water on a hot summer day or in the mist of a brutal workout to revitalize you. I use these anytime im busting my butt in the gym or just looking for a quicker recovery. Comes with the added benefit of not having a ton of excess carbs and artificial sweeteners

I have postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome aka POTS, which makes my blood pressure be super low, daily. I do take RX meds too but that alone isnt enough. LMNT is a great product, I have tried so many of their flavors. The chocolate is one of my favorites. I just mix it in water and I love that it is 1000mg of sodium. Liquid IV only has 512mg of sodium in a serving and tons of sugar, which is one reason I LOVE LMNT so much. I actually had gone a couple months or so not drinking LMNT, and doing Propel instead. Bad idea! I am back on LMNT. It is WELL worth the money and does so much more than Propel, Liquid IV, etc do. Watermelon and Raspberry are two other flavors I really like. Just two days ago I had a terrible fainting episode, where I hit my head on my bathroom floor. I didnt have my LMNT yet, but it came just in time, the next day. Its making a substantial difference in keeping my blood pressure stabilized. I love LMNT. Will keep buying it for as long as the company is around.

I love LMNT. This is my favorite flavor so far. It’s not spicy, but definitely has a bit of chili flavor to balance the sweet of the mango. Great for hydration.

I have this product on subscription to be delivered to my home every 15 days. I had to go in disability leave in November 2022 because I was suffering from extreme fatigue and dizziness. At Cleveland Clinic, the functional doctor recommended I take LMNT 2-3 times a day. This was helped me a lot. Best part, when I went to see neuromuscular at Cleveland Clinic, their department recommended this specific brand as well and nuun. This gave me even more confidence in taking the salt because it does help with dysautonomia.

For me, Chocolate Salt was easier to appreciate after drinking some of the other LMNT flavors for a while now (my favs are raspberry and orange). I remember getting chocolate in a sampler pack initially and really disliking it. However now, chocolate has become a great addition to the tools I use to help push through hunger pangs during extended fasts. I find its best enjoyed hot. Im toying with the idea of giving up my morning cup of black coffee and replacing it with this.

When I need to use this, I drink it hot everymorning. Reminds me of a hot chocolate. Sometimes Ill add a little bit of vanilla sweetener to make it more hot chocolate like

These really help after a sauna treatment, workout or night of drinking. It tastes pretty salty but I like it. My husband hates it. I put it in a 24oz water bottle. The price is great. I use them about once or twice a week. This is my favorite flavor.

I bought and compared four different electrolyte powders. They were Ultima Replenisher Grape, Keppi Keto Lemon Lime Splash, Key Nutrients Recovery Plus and LMNT Key Hot Chocolate. My goals were - not too much salt (that I can add cheaply to my diet), enough potassium (I suffer the dreaded Keto Calf Cramps in a hard swimming work out), dissolve well and stay dissolved, and taste okay. Stretch goal: Individual affordable packets, because I travel a LOT. My test included aerating for 30 seconds the powder in 500ml (I know they want more, but seriously, who drinks a half-litre first thing in the morning) and the letting it sit for a minute (because, cats and S.O. dontchaknow.) LMNT Hot Chocolate took the most blending; the cocoa doesnt go easy. (It was cold water.) But it did blend. The second photo is precipitate after a minute. LMNT did 2nd worst, but I blame the cocoa. Hotter water might have solved that. But this is salty. Very salty. Its not yucky, but it is salty. The inside of their box has one side dedicated to Stay Salty and the bottom printed with, It looks like you need more salt. Oddly, salt isnt my main need. Potassium is. I can add salt to my food trivially, and have on hand multiple gourmet salts in a cellar at the table. (For the curious, currently Maldon Smoked Sea Salt flakes, Saltverk Seaweed Sea Salt and Coarse Pink Himalayan Salt.) Its also expensive considering. I think the Key Nutrients is preferable, because I dont need the salt. But if you really need salt, and cant find a source at, I dont know, perhaps the grocery store, this stuff is great.

I use this product as an electrolyte source for endurance workouts. It immediately has a very chemical smell, and tastes very artificial when consumed. However, I do think it has merit, as I feel the electrolytes are a good fuel source. I was just slightly bummed about the chemical/artificial smell because I thought LMNT would be a little better.
