This electrolyte drink mix is the epitome of a well crafted and designed product. After a good few years of trying various other options in the market and not so successfully making home made versions, I was about to give up. Somehow the LMNT Salt’s advertisement popped up on a blog I read, thought to try the same pack (only $14). Holy cow!! Was I in a shock!! The taste was phenomenal, and I felt great instantly, literally. Two years of trying to ineffectively fast and or being over hydrated, I couldn’t explain why I felt always thirsty even after drinking copious amounts of water. The headaches (even when not fasting) went away, sleep became better, I felt like prior to LMNT I was operating half asleep and now for the first time I’m fully awake and rested, metaphorically speaking. No I do not have super powers, my body still aches and pains like y’all if I don’t sleep enough or eat well, I am not an overnight special bird from ingesting LMNT. What I realized that I was dehydrated, of minerals and essentials salts (potassium , magnesium, etc) and the water drinking (although good) was flushing the body out of whatever electrolytes the system had left. All of this went away from the moment I tried the first packet of LMNT. Of all the flavors, lemon hanenero is my favorite, second favorite is Mango Chilli. Everybody likes different flavors, the chocolate and or raspberry, or the watermelon flavor was not for me, whilst many won’t like the ones I love- to each his own. This is the only electrolyte mix I’ll ever have; it’s allowed my body to reset back to where my baseline should be, brining balance and clarity to the overall homeostasis of my health. Nothing like adding a little extra salt to your water on a hot summer day or in the mist of a brutal workout to revitalize you. I use these anytime im busting my butt in the gym or just looking for a quicker recovery. Comes with the added benefit of not having a ton of excess carbs and artificial sweeteners

I enjoy this chocolate LMNT hot and cold with the Salty AF ratio. Its a great way to get electrolytes and I appreciate that it is sugar-free.

Sparkling seltzers? Nah, not that kinda spicy water. This the good stuff. Gives you energy and doesnt afraid of anything. For real tho, I only drink this flavor. Other flavors are dog water. Only spicy water for me.

This is my favorite flavor of all the LMNTs. I always drink it hot in a hot chocolate mug and its like a salty hot chocolate. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside year-round. When Im working, I sweat a lot and my hands start cramping. I make my salty, hot chocolate, and within five minutes, no more cramping.

After seeing so many people on YouTube recommending this, I finally decided to give it a try. I bought the sample pack, and liked the watermelon flavor the best, so purchased a box of Watermelon. I really love this product! I fill my 40 oz tumbler with cold water almost to the top, probably about 34-36 oz of ice cold water and add a packet and stir. It keeps cold and Ive found that the saltiness and sweetness balances well with that much water. If I use less water, the taste is too strong. The price of this is kind of high, but for me its worth it to get the electrolytes that I need. I also like that the ingredients are clean - no colors or artificial sweeteners, etc. Also, I cant take mag citrate because it causes digestive issues, and so many electrolytes are made with citrate, which is a less expensive form of magnesium. This has magnesium malate, which is good for energy and mood, among other things. Im very happy with this product and highly recommend it.
