There are a lot of low ratings for this item, but they seem to be complaints about a couple of things: lack of PC support for the previous model, inability to use the previous model on the PS4 (not Logitechs fault), lack of shifter on this model (not reviewing this item per se but a complaint based on comparison to the old model). While these frustrations are understandable, they dont answer the question: What about this item?

Purchased as a christmas present to work with a PS5 and it will not work with the PS5, we have watched videos to set it up and all the videos say to switch the button to PS5, well the button only shows PS3 and PS4 not PS5 but the box says works for PS5, and the description says works on PS5. I have no present now that works. Would love a response to get this fixed immediately.

My G25 finally broke. Stepping up to this is a SIGNIFICANT improvement.

My son and I play driving games regularly on PS and PC. We purchased this as an upgrade from our previous budget setup. We were not disappointed. The wrapped steering wheel is comfortable for long sessions, the buttons and paddles are well placed and the gears in the dual motor feedback run smoothly. The gears provide good force feedback in game and the wheel doesn’t fly back to center like the band driven wheels. The pedals are strong and don’t feel cheap like the flimsy plastic ones. If you’re looking for a wheel set up in a more reasonable price point, this is the one you’re looking for.
