Greater than one weekThese Loratap devices use LoRa communication protocol in the 915mhz band. In my experience, they are MUCH more reliable and responsive than any of my other switches (which use 433mhz without LoRa). Another benefit of the Loratap devices is that they remember the switch state after a power failure. This feature is essential for my needs, and Loratap is the only brand Ive found that does that. All the other remote control switches revert to OFF after a power failure (not talking about wi-fi/smart switches, just basic wireless remote control switches). This specific plug adapter has a good form factor and doesnt interfere with the adjacent outlet (as opposed to the round mini plug, which blocks adjacent outlets on a standard wall box). My only nitpick is that Loratap doesnt have a remote control in a standard form factor, like a decora-style rocker. Nothing wrong with the round magnetic-back remote control, its small and works well. But if they made something that fit behind a standard switch plate (with/without the wall box), I would buy a bunch of them.

Greater than one weekI use this thing with a 6-plug power strip that powers all my home theater equipment, so I can remotely turn everything ON or OFF with just the click of a button. It is grounded and has no issue with high current. The remote is unbelievably long range- I can click it across the street from my house and it still connects. By far this is the best plug remote ever, and much higher quality than the low price suggests. 100% recommend.

> 3 dayI do not believe that I have ever installed anything like this that was quite this easy. 1) Open box 2) Take out plug unit and remote 3) Plug in plug unit 4) Plug your device into plug unit 5) Push On button on remote 6) Repeat as necessary.

> 3 dayWireless switch works, but the adhesive plate will not stay stuck to the wall. Keep finding the switch on the floor after it falls from the wall. Spend a little more and get something better.

> 3 dayWorks very well. Been using for about a month. Really like how this doesn’t connect to WiFi for operation. Simple to setup and use. Haven’t had to re-pair after initial setup.

> 3 dayWe had our countertops redone and removed the garbage disposal switch. My solution was this plug. We just plugged the plug in where you’d plug in the disposal, and plugged the disposal into it and pushed the power button on the plug. It connected to the button almost immediately and works perfect.

> 3 dayI love this took less than 10 seconds to set up, and now I can turn on my Christmas tree from the couch! I got a second one to put next to my bedside so I dont have to stretch to reach the lamp. RECOMMENDED

> 3 daySo easy. Just plug one part (the recepticle) into an outlet. Done. When you press on on the other disk, the lamp comes on; when pressing off, goes off. Especially useful for hard to reach lamps, or for people with shakey hand tremors. Love this product. Worth every cent!

> 3 dayThis was the perfect replacement for an old X10 remote light module that no longer worked. The X10 remote had always been tricky at best and often unreliable. We use the remote control outlet adapter to control flood lights on our detached garage. (The lights are only used occasionally, so dusk-to-dawn was not an option.) I just plugged in the adapter, plugged in the cord from the flood lights and IT WORKED. No set up necessary. So far, I love it.
