Nice for short range. I am using it outside to control a 1 HP water pump for watering. It does not always work on the first press and range seems about 100 to 150 feet. In fairness it is not direct line of sight. I would guess that is the meaning of outdoors and the issue is that the range is affected by passing through materials other than air, indoors or out. I have a unit I bought on Amazon with four channels of DC relays which for about the same money came with two remotes and has superior range and works every time, so it is possible to have better range.

A perfect solution. Illuminates reaching under the counter to press the garbage disposal button. As you can see in the photo. This device sits right on the countertop near the sink and makes life easy.

This device is rugged, handles 16 amps, it’s plug and play. Works perfectly right out of the box.

This works just like its supposed to right out of the box. No setup required. And it doesnt get in the way of the other outlet like the round ones do.

This is saving me so much back pain. It was so easy to install. I literally just plugged it in and it started working immediately. I’m using it in my living room for a lamp that doesn’t have a light switch. Before this I was bending down and reaching under my tv console every evening to plug in the lamp. Some nights my back hurt so badly that I just gave up and let it be dark in my house. Now I don’t have to do any of that. I wish I had bought this sooner. It’s so easy and I love that the remote can be placed on the wall or I can bring it to the couch. I have it plugged in under my furniture and tv and I can still turn it on with no problem. I walked across my house, pushed the on button to check its range, and it worked first try through 3 walls and a bunch of furniture. Needless to say, I’m a big fan. I would highly recommend this.

This product does not work with AFCI breakers as it is generating electric arcs that can be dangerous. Otherwise, the design is quite neat.
