East to install. Synced up immediately with my Lutron/Cassetta base and works effortlessly with Siri, Alexa and Google once setup with those systems is complete. Love it.

Use to turn on/off exterior spot lights in my property. Smart plug works very well and setups/integrates easily into Lutron app. But, I did have to move my Lutron hub to a more central location in my house as one plug was initially out of range

It requires the Lutron Caseta HomeKit bridge, but its worth it. Much better than the meross and WeMo options on this front. Easy, simple, quick setup, and it just works.

Lutron is synonymous for reliability. This is rock solid. Weather proofing is good and it integrates seamlessly with HomeKit. You can run automations to turn devices on and off, set schedules, etc. A bit pricey but that is the only drawback. Would definitely recommend.

Warning: $79 hub required to make this thing work as a smart device. Did NOT say that on the images of the box when I ordered it. The box trumpets how it works with so many smart platforms. What it doesn’t put up front in big letters is that an additional hub is required. That info I found buried down the page in the description of its functions, after I ordered it and received it. Without the hub, it’s just an expensive manual on/off switch. After I receive the hub and get this thing connected, I may up my review stars. Update: ended up returning it for something that did not require an added cost hub.

I have a lot of Lutron Caseya gear, must be close to 20 switches. This is the first that didn’t work as advertised. I set this up and found that it would only ever turn on remotely, never off. I tried to reset it and resting it but could not get it to pair again from my outside outlet that couldn’t have been more then 40 feet from my hub and only an inside and outside wall between them. I brought it in and it paired ok, so not sure why it can’t pair from the outside but my guess is the communication was blocked somehow.. when you make an outside outlet you would think they would ensure it works from the outside!
