This is a great little unit. The circuit analyzer shows you quickly if the power post is wired correctly or if theres an issue that may hurt your electrical service in your camper AND it guards against voltage spikes. Plug the unit into the post, verify that all is well, then plug your campers power cord into the surge protector. Over and done. Simple to use, great value. The cover may be a bit tight or not close entirely if your male connection is oversize. Itll still works just fine though.

After being parked in my RV, and seeing the other people, having a surge protector in the box, I got on Amazon and found this, and I am very happy with it. The number one fear apparently would be somebody would steal it in this even comes with a padlock.
