> 3 dayOrdered this because I’m a mom and didn’t realize it’s not the same as Mario Kart. It’s not a bad game, but it isn’t Mario Kart -worst mom ever.

> 3 dayFinally! After the last two disappointing releases - the old board game is back that my friends and I know and love. I havent tried online yet, but I am so excited to play with my sisters who live in other states. Last night I played with my wife and the mini games were fun, the first board we played was challenging. This brought many smiles and many LOLs last night when we played

17-11-2024I have two kids, 7 and 3. They absolutely LOVE this game! And the nostalgia for me, a mom in my 30s who grew up playing Mario Party (at least the first 9), is unbeatable. I wish they had extra boards and maybe some different mini games and more characters, but those points are not worth knocking out stars for. The game is always fun. I especially like that we can play online with others!

> 3 dayWe bought this game for my 4 year old son for Christmas. He loves playing it! The previous version only allowed for one hand held joy con but I love this one allows for the two handed controllers. It makes it easier for my son to work the controls (since thats how he normally plays with other games.)

> 3 daySo much fun! This is an awesome low-key game that any member of the family can play. I play with my older kids online as well.

> 3 dayLove this game, I bought it for myself, thinking it would be too hard for my 6 year old daughter, but she loves the mini games. I have to get another one now.

> 3 dayIMPORTANT |: Joy-Con are not required to play any minigames in this release. ONLINE MULTIPLAYER with worldwide random matchmaking is INCLUDED AT LAUNCH! |-> Gotta say I couldnt help but toss up a photo of me wearing my safety glove as I get ready for some joystick-flailing mayhem in minigames such as Tug o War and Cast Aways from some of the best-loved Parties of Marios past!! (The twirling of a joystick [which led to multiple days of tender palm back during my youth] playstyle is still intact in this new release.) I havent played any releases in the Mario Party franchise since the release of Mario Party 8 on Wii. That was many years ago, but I can wholeheartedly say this release has me stoked with the desire of stickin my toe back in the water to end up diving in for a purchase. Mario Party 1-3 were Nintendo 64 releases, and boards from those three games are amazingly remade in this (alongside 100 Minigames that span from MP1 thru MP10)!! [Early datamined leaks of game files show there being a possibility of atleast two more boards being added to the game at some point - that would be WONDERFUL if Nintendo treated players to occasional board/minigame DLC additions to help keep things feeling lively and exciting.] ... If you never played Mario Party before the era of Wii, then Superstars might feel like a slight curveball in challenge design and how the boards operate within move sets. The glorious Bonus star is BACK in this release, which is great to see!! Call it the kid in me that longs for the Good ol days of 4-player splitscreen and such, but I much preferred the playstyle/challenges that MP1-3 presented that often kept me coming back for countless hours of sheer fun had. If you enjoyed any of the previous 3+ entries in the Mario Party franchise, then I can easily recommend this as a title worth checking out!

> 3 dayI love this game! My boyfriend and I spent most of the break playing this game. It has a game board theme where you play other players by rolling dice, earning coins, buying and stealing stars, and landing on good and bad spots. A really fun way to have some fun with your partner or friends!
