> 3 dayThis is a movie that everyone should see. It has excellent performances by Cher, Eric Stoltz and Sam Elliot. Its about a boy with facial deformities and how he has to struggle with his disease, as well as the regular trials and tribulations of adolescence. Its really powerful and portrays things in a very realistic light....love, friendship, family, discrimination and bullying. For example the real feelings and emotions Rocky has and how even though his mom loves and protects him, she isnt perfect either. The movie focuses on making the best out of the hand life deals you, with drive and determination and the support of your friends and family.... Watch this movie, it is very powerful and moving.

> 3 dayI would not have bought this, all of Bob Segar music gone, and the ending credits they cut out ROLL ME AWAY which I feel gave feeling to the ending, for me, Segars music throughout the movie gave it something extra, the movie is great, but Segars music just belonged in it, it gave it that extra push, feel, intensity, it ruined the movie for me

> 3 dayMask is a terrific movie and one of my all-time favorites. The Directors Cut was interesting in that it showed you some footage left out of the original move. Although fun to watch, I could see why it was left out of the theatrical version. It had a goofy tone that was not matched by the rest of the movie. The use of Bruce Springsteen was also interesting, but not so great that it made me forget Segers Roll Me Away at the end. The director uses at least half of his commentary time talking about how great Bruce is and how mad he was that his music didnt make it into the original version. And if you arent a Bruce fan, you will completely miss the timeline the music provides. My advice: obtain any version of this movie that you can, and watch it - it is a classic! But I could do without hearing the director whine endlessly about Bruce Springsteen.
