Greater than one weekI have hundreds of recipes, so the custom cookbooks are nice. I just wish there was a quicker way to put them in other than cut and paste, as they were all stored on various Word documents

> 3 dayI had a problem with windows 10 interaction and reported it to Master Cook. They resolved the issue by contacting Microsoft and working with their development team and kept me informed throughout the process. Love the program and the support that comes with it.

> 3 dayI had a lot of old recipes in my old PC created by and older version. The company doesnt support upgrading these files unless I upgrade my license with a $75 fee. Not worth it. Wish I hadnt wasted my money.

> 3 dayI tried a free recipe software that was so intuitive, I thought all products would be the same. I was wrong. The Master 15 Recipe PC software makes no sense. No way to easily catigorize recipes. Saving recides does not save to a predeterimine catagory. Waste of time and money.

> 3 dayThe product itself is very good, the web recipe import function excellent - what makes it outstanding is the support one gets...prompt, relevant and always clear and concise.

> 3 dayI have been looking for something to replace MyRecipeBox on my iPad as I need something that has cross platform support and synchs my cookbooks between devices. I had high hopes for this product, as it has been around for many years and people seem to love it. I was utterly dismayed when I installed Mastercook 15 on my PC and launched it. The UI looks like something from the 1990s. The graphics are horrendous. It is kludgy to use, and NOT intuitive AT ALL. One would think Home would take you to your library of cookbooks, allow you to add/look up a recipe, maybe show some recent recipes that were accessed/added. You know. Those things that are the MOST COMMON, REGULAR tasks that you would want to do. But no...it takes you to a screen with links to uncommon/one time activities such as download the iOS mobile app, import from previous versions, create a Group Cookbook, and tutorials. Seriously??

> 3 dayThe program is functional, but their marketing plan does not inform you that in order to continue using it after one year, you must have a SUBSCRIPTION. Personally, I feel withholding that information is less than honest marketing,

> 3 dayWindows 10 had a bug in it which caused my computer to crash and cause all sorts of problems. Customer support helped me through the tedious process of getting my MasterCook up and running again with all of my recipes. They were patient and persistent until the problem was solved. Made a great cookbook for friends with the product and the app is useful too on my Ipad.
