> 3 dayAlthough the interface isnt as appealing as it was back when MC was being produced by Sierra, it still has the same functionality and ease of use. Ive been using this product for more years than I can count and am happy I broke down and finally upgraded.

> 3 dayI couldnt get the trial version to work and I contacted customer support. They were so helpful. If you are running Windows 10 with Edge, you have to do a couple of things before it will import recipes from the internet. Once they helped me figure out the problem and fix it, I went ahead and bought the program. It makes cookbooks the way you want to, and copies a recipe so easily. I love the program.

> 3 dayI have been looking for something to replace MyRecipeBox on my iPad as I need something that has cross platform support and synchs my cookbooks between devices. I had high hopes for this product, as it has been around for many years and people seem to love it. I was utterly dismayed when I installed Mastercook 15 on my PC and launched it. The UI looks like something from the 1990s. The graphics are horrendous. It is kludgy to use, and NOT intuitive AT ALL. One would think Home would take you to your library of cookbooks, allow you to add/look up a recipe, maybe show some recent recipes that were accessed/added. You know. Those things that are the MOST COMMON, REGULAR tasks that you would want to do. But no...it takes you to a screen with links to uncommon/one time activities such as download the iOS mobile app, import from previous versions, create a Group Cookbook, and tutorials. Seriously??

> 3 dayThis software is a must have for those of you who want to organize your recipes and know the nutritional information too! I am in the process of importing all of my recipes and genuinely enjoy how easy this product is to use.

10-06-2025This program is useful, but its clunky, to say the least. Theres a newer version, but it seems overpriced and connected to an online subscription (which I do not want to pay), so I bought this version. Since I had an earlier version of this software, I knew how to navigate the system, so it works for me. However, if you are new, theres a heck of a learning curve.

Greater than one weekNot easy to use. Down loaded manual but very hard to understand. I have repeatedly tried to import recipes Which company said was easy and I have not been able to do so successfully yet. Frustrated with product.

> 3 dayWas looking for a PC alternative to MacGourmet. Easy to use, powerful recipe and shopping list management software. Purchased MasterCook in that sprit and have found it to be ridiculously bad software. After an hour of trying to import and use my own recipes have come to the conclusion that I wasted my time and my money. The interface is clugy and difficult to use. The data management screens and dialogue boxes are dated and hard to use. Seriously looks like Windows Vista

> 3 dayI bought this specifically because I can input all my family recipes on my PC, utilizing full keyboard & mouse, and then access them down in the kitchen using my iPad. True, that additional access requires an annual subscription, but well worth it.
