Greater than one weekThis version of MasterCook replaced an older version. My only problem is that the images I use in the recipes disappear and are replaced by a Pictures on CD statement. That is most aggravating when you have as many recipes as I do. While customer service has tried to help, nothing has worked.

> 3 dayI originally went to MasterCook after Living Cookbook went dark would not install on Windows 10. The reason I went ot MasterCook was that they could import all of my recipes (for a fee), but since I did not want to type in the 500+ recipes again, it was a bargain. At first the program was great, but then stuff started to bug me.

> 3 dayThe programs user interface hasnt been updated since 2000 and on modern monitors the text is teeny tiny and cramped (see screencap). Theres no way to increase the text size for the main program except to use Windows 10s built-in scaling, which makes all your other programs HUGE. The companys customer service isnt helpful at all, insisting that it isnt a MasterCook problem and that I should just use Windowss built-in scaling to make their interface readable. Im not even using a particularly high resolution monitor (1920x1080), but according to their customer service rep the program is optimized for 1024x768, which hasnt been the most common resolution since 2006. (You can adjust the text size for recipes youre viewing and/or printing, so I have no idea why its so hard for them to do the same for the main interface!)

Greater than one weekProduct Sucks. Does not work properly. I keep loading recipes into it and as soon as I reboot recipes are gone. I have 46 Recipes loaded in and program will not let me go beyond that. Tech support is a joke. When you try to git anything out of them they treat you as if they were talking to Bill Gates. I dont do techno speak

Greater than one weekAnother product not as advertised. I registered the product and was promptly swamped with upgrades I could buy, The major cookbook that was advertised to be included was there, but for sale. They graciously included the capability to download 30 recipes from the internet for free; if I wanted additional recipes, there was a monthly account for sale that would allow me to download more recipes (very generous, I thought). I have a MasterCook 5 program now that seems to me to have more capabilities than the 15. And, oh by the way, the 22 cookbooks available on the 15 version contain many of the same cookbooks I have on the 5. Not a happy camper.

> 3 dayHave been using MasterCook for years. Did a family and friends cookbook as Christmas gifts several years ago, they were a big hit, some have been handed down to their kids. I like the fact that I can now share recipe books and my recipes with family on line, great feature, I dont any longer get those phone calls How did you make this. Great program,
