It’s a pretty common-looking ceramic watercolor palette. It’s pretty good for the price and I think it would serve its purpose well.

This dish is perfect for mixing watercolors. It does not stain, is easy to clean, and the paints pool beautifully (rather than bead up, as they do in plastic trays). It is also very sturdy/heavy. I would not recommend it for travel for this reason, but at home it is perfect and I think it would take a lot to break this thing. The wells are the perfect size, and its a nice touch that it has a couple of larger ones.

This pallet is exactly the size, shape and weight I needed.

I really like the ceramic finish and deep paint wells. These are heavy, but that doesn’t bother me, as I am not traveling with them. I prefer these to the plastic palettes because they don’t stain and I feel I can mix the paints more effectively. These would not be good for travel, due to their weight. I plan on purchasing a couple more in the future.

Love that this is ceramic and washes completely without staining. This is a great little mixing palette. Very glad I bought this one - way better than the plastic ones.

Seriously, I never want a non-porcelain palette again!
