These are a great alternative to the artificially colored, plastic, average cat toy. I think they look like planets. My cat has hoarded them in her cat bed and wont let other cat play with them. Usually he is very quiet, but when he plays with the wool planets he gets very exited and makes little meowing sounds. I am not happy with how catnip affects cats, and dont think there is any catnip used in them.

The boiled wool wrapped light weight balls are perfect for any age cat. A cats nails help them to grab these balls and hang onto them or not. I have the plain balls also but these with the wool help them to grab them.

Our kitty, Lunabelle, went wild for these! Shes carrying them all over the house and batting them around like crazy. I had a feeling she would like these because she gets all worked up whenever she gets around our wool dryer balls. These are just more her size. Plus I love how quiet they are rolling on the hardwood floors. Weve got downstairs neighbors that I like and want to stay on good terms with. Great for apartment cats!

My cats play with this guys all the time! Cant keep them away from it and the best thing is that you cannot hear it!

My kitty loved her new ball. Unfortunately so did our dog. When daddy was watching the kids our dog destroyed the ball. Luckily we have more. Ill watch the kids while kitty plays with it so his sister (dog) doesnt destroy it ;)

We have 2 Pit-Husky mix dogs, and they love these ball. They love to play catch with them (they catch with their mouths). One of our Pitskies loves the way it feels to just chew and chew on it with her back teeth. They’ve had 2 of these for over a year and they are still as good as when they were new—if not a little dingy and more oblong then spherical :) These wool balls are indestructible. I only bought more because we lost one. I took a pic of the one that has been loved and chewed on for over a year (it looks smaller because it was originally a smaller size). The ball on the right is one of the new larger ones. I’m amazed at their durability!

Both of my cats love these balls. They carry them around in their mouth and throw the ball so that they can chase it. They have other types of balls, these are their favorite.

I can’t recall if the blue dye is safe….ie natural vegetable dye. They feel nice and size is perfect for our 11 pound puppy.
