> 3 dayDoes not destruct easily by dog chewing unlike small tennis balls. I bought this to use as launching ball for our small ifetch. It is really 1-1/2 inches and works well with the ifetch. It is solid felt so I wash and reshape frequently because my dog loves to keep this in his mouth (it looks like it calms him). This might be hazardous for bigger mouthed dogs (choking). Oh, and my dog picks and swallow the felt off tennis balls so I watch out for this. But so far, none of the balls has broken apart!!!!!! With the regular launching balls, he will destruct/break them apart in a matter of minutes. BTW, my dog is an 11-lb rat terrier.

Greater than one weekThese are my cats all time favorite toy. They are just the right size, are easy for her to bat around and go chasing them endlessly, so I dont have to spend all my time throwing them for her to chase. They are sturdy and made of merino wool - so no toxicity! They keep disappearing under furniture so had to get another 1/2 dozen so Im not constantly having to recover them.

> 3 daythese balls are pretty stiff, and not the easiest thing for my cats to pick up and carry. they would prefer something with more fur and less solid core. ymmv.

Greater than one weekWe bought these as a Christmas gift after finding that our cat loves to play with our laundry wool balls.. opened Christmas morning and played for hours with one!! Best toy weve bought. Usually he doesnt like any traditional cat toys, he likes random objects instead. But he loves these!! So worth it.

> 3 dayI got these because my cat is obsessed with my wool dryer balls. I got these so she could have her own but she could care less about them

> 3 dayMy 15 lb. Terriers love these balls. Given a choice of these or miniature tennis balls, they pick these. I bought them to see if they stay together longer than the tennis balls. So far, these are the winner.

> 3 dayI have an 8 month old orange tabby kitten with a lot of energy so I bought these wool balls for him. He wanted me to tell everybody that he loves these balls because he can pick them up and carry them in his mouth, and the balls are so awesome that he has hidden them somewhere where nobody else can find them and every now and then a ball will appear for a moment and then vanishes again. Im wondering if there is a black hole that leads to an alternate universe and which only my kitten has access and in this black hole is a large collection of all the toys that have been purchased for said kitten. Good buy! My 8 year old cat will have nothing to do with these balls as he is too sophisticated to play.

> 3 dayOne of my cats immediately started playing with a ball by chasing it, one of my cats ignored them and one of my cats destroyed a ball by pulling it apart within minutes.
