Setup with HomeKit was exceptionally easy. All I had to do was scan a QR code, plug in the plug, and wait about a minute for setup to complete. This was *much* easier than other plugs Ive used, where I had to manually connect to the plug and then enter wifi details (like TP link HS 105) My only complaint with the product is that installing firmware updates requires the creation of an account through the meross app. Having to set up the app after HomeKit complicated the installation slightly, thus the four stars. Id appreciate an option to install firmware updates without needing to create an account. The design isnt fancy, but it works exactly as promised so far. Id definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a homekit/Alexa compatible smart plug.

I have no problems so far. I have been using this for less than a week. The setup was very intuitive and easy.

Simple to install and get working. I used the Home App to setup the plug and the download the merls app to update the firmware. one note in order to get the plug to be recognized by the meross app i had to reset the network settings on my iPhone. its also says that on their instructions. i use Siri and it works great. only had it for a about a week though.

I used the product to connect my multi plug that powers all my device and accessories so I can remotely toggle the devices on or off depending on the need. The product works perfectly but I had some minor problem to reset the device when I had to relocate the plug from the original wall switch in which I installed the plug to different location in my room. But after that the product is working smoothly as intended.

Impossible to add to HomeKit

IOS App will only setup it up for Homekit Will not set it up for Alexa or Google assistant as advertised on Amazon

I have seven Meross products, and they are all great. This one controls my landscape lighting, and works flawlessly with a HomeKit automation to turn on and off at sunset and sunrise.

After multiple attempts, the unit does not work.

Excelente producto y se coneccion con homekit es super rapido y sin muchas complicaciones, solo se tiene que bajar la app para actualizar sus fimeware pero es muy buen producto de verdad
