> 3 dayThese are great headphones. One of the best I owned. The quality of the assembly is excellent. The package is outstanding with a comfy box for headphones and 2 wires and an adapter. Everything is very well thought. It was a wow effect for me when I received them. They sound very good with strong bass. However, listening fatigue can be an issue. I gave them to my wife and she said the same. What is headphone listening fatigue? Usually its related to too much energy in the higher frequencies, which becomes piercing, grating and irritating to your ears over longer listening sessions. But this can happen either due to the way the headphones are designed, or due to personal/psychological preferences and sensitivities. I returned them and bought another pair of headphones and now I dont have this issue.

> 3 dayThe sound is fantastic for the money, very comfortable, and nice looking. I hope the earpieces, being faux leather or pleather, will hold up over time. If they were leather, these would be perfect.

03-04-2025After about a year of reading reviews that were all praising these headphones I finally decided to buy it and I am absolutely convinced! The clarity of the sound is the one I was expecting! The whole thing is so light yet the sound is heavily present! (Dont forget to play so some songs for about 48h to give it time to express itself at the fullest)

> 3 dayIm no audiophile. I just wanted good headphones to game with and listen to music. I used an equalizer and an apple usbc to 3.5mm adapter as an amp. To me, these sounds amazing. The bass can be headache inducing honestly if you arent careful with the equalizer. Soundstage seems pretty good for gaming. Ive always had issues with headphones being comfy for an hour or two and then you start to feel it. These are the most comfortable pair of headphones Ive ever worm. At first, it doesnt feel like you are wearing anything. Build quality is fantastic, I love how they look and the style. Im not sure I would use these for outdoor/outside use, they seem a tad flimsy and fragile? I havent tested it but that is just my 2 cents.

> 3 dayFirst, if you’re seeking an audiophile review move on. I’ve had my share of earbuds but no headphones. These are far and away the best sounding I’ve ever listened to! And they are built of high quality materials. They block outside sound well enough so you can just focus on the music. If you are a runner or jogger these probably won’t stay put on your head with all the bouncing. These are for sitting listening to music. For this they are WONDERFUL sounding and comfortable. My two complaints are (1) They seem too loose for my head (2) My Long hair gets caught in between little spaces/gaps and it’s a pain to get it out without pulling or breaking off my hair. NOT good. Works better if I tie my hair back.

> 3 dayI love these headphones! I use them for music and tv/video.With music, they faithfully reproduce the engineers mix and mastering. If a recording is poorly done, youll know it, but if its a good production, well, sit back and enjoy! The movie sound is dynamic and captures all the movement and nuances of good theater sound. Not only do they sound amazing, but theyre also attractive. The kevlar cables dont tangle and the hardshell carrying case is a bonus.

> 3 dayOwn a pair of Bllue Lolas, have bought and/or returned Beyerdynamic DT770 pro (80 ohm and 32 ohm) Klipsch reference and Sennheiser Audio Technica over ear monitors (can remember if 40 or 50). The Beyers produced great sound but didnt produce the low in sub bass the way the lolas do. Lolas sound great but are very heavy because of the metal and cause (me) neck pain after about an hour. Didnt like the Klipsch or Sennheisers at all. But these, these are absolutely crazy, right out of the box. Great materials which make the headphones feel very sturdy while also being very light on the head. Barely feel them after two hours. And what a wonderful two hours; paired with a oneplus 6t running jamesdsp and viper (not at the same time, of course) with a soundblaster headphone amp and wordima external DAC. Took whatever i had to dish out with distortion. Bass response all the way down to 15hz that is accurate without being boomy (although, the headphone are very sensitive to eq adjustment and can be made boomy if that is your thing) while the sound stage is wide and crystal clear. Some songs I have been listening too for years sound brand new. I cant gush about these enough. If $300 is too much (the ball and chain wasnt happy) then drop will have them for less in a few weeks. Buy them!!! *UPDATE* Have broken these in and switched from the 6T to the S10+, which supports LDAC, and these are now perfect. No bleeding in any region and there is no noise at all. I now perceive parts of the songs I couldnt hear before, including in my car (2015 300S with beats). Couldnt be happier with purchase. BUY THEM!!!

> 3 dayI had only read/watched 2 reviews for the Meze and once I got past the audiophile descriptions of the sound which all sounded very acceptable, I was attracted to the simplicity and construction of these headphones. No Glue. Very little plastics. Every piece is replaceable and every part can be disassembled by hand. In my opinion, when looking at the details and holding it in your hands it feels great and looks stunning. How the headband easily slides to accommodate an easy and firm hold of your head. Its also large enough to provide room for large ears without looking cumbersome or awkward. The cable that comes with the headphones are great and it comes with two versions. One that is purely for headphone amps and one with an in-line microphone that could be used with a mobile device. I have been listening to these headphones on either at Schiit Stack (Schiit Modi 3 + Schiit Magni 3) or a Chord Mojo and theres enough detail in these headphones that I can clearly tell the difference between the DAC and Headphone amp. These headphones are competitive in sound quality with headphones that are 1.5-2x the price. As far as I am concerned if you are spending less than $500, these are a must-buy.

Greater than one weekThese beauties are not only for your eyes to gaze upon, but also delivers incredible sound, a neutral sound signature with a hint of warmness. Great separation, clarity, and sound stage. These do have quite the punch and sub. The warmness is just delicate enough to not make the bass muddy, but enough to make you shiver to a good EDM beat. Im currently running these on an ATOM AMP & ATOM DAC and wow it brings out the clarity of the music. I have had these for about a week and have used them for all different kind of genres with no problem whatsoever. Comfort is top-notch. Low pressure, lots of space for your ears, a headband that makes the headphone fit you perfectly, and PU leather that you cant get enough of. One thing to note however is that they are quite big, but that is absolutely not a problem for me. I might be biased because these are my first pair of high-end headphones, but they are incredible and worth every penny.

> 3 dayI needed a closed-back headphone for work as I didnt want to annoy my coworkers with my open-back Grado headphones so I bought the Meze Classics 99 headphones, based on reviews on Head-Fi.org. tl;dr: The Meze 99s are not perfect, but they are good-sounding, very comfortable headphones. The Meze Classics 99 have a lot of bass, but arent overpowering. The midrange is good, as is the treble. My only complaint about these is that the resolution is OK to good, not fantastic. Sometimes instruments are very distinct, other times they can get a little muddy. That said, these are very listenable headphones. They are not exhausting to listen to for long periods. You find yourself wanting to listen more, which is a good thing. The sound stage is surprisingly good for closed headphones; somewhat better than the Beyerdynamic DT770 Pros. The earcups run on the small side, but the pads and headband are extremely comfortable. I have used them in 8-hour sessions and dont really notice the smaller earcups. The construction seems to be very solid: walnut, steel, and pleather - no cheap plastic in sight! They do come with some nice extras, too. A hard shell carrying case, connectors for both 1/4 inch stereo jacks and a airplane connector, and two cables: a 1-meter cable with a microphone for mobile phone use and a 3-meter cable without a microphone for home listening. Overall, these headphones are well worth the price, and I am very pleased with them. 4.8/5.0
