very very good and just what I needed to match the antenna feed to my radio

Product works as advertised. The paint was worn/cracked on the edges, but did not affect the performance.

The unit does work but it did arc a few times at 200 watts PEP which is max power for my transmitter. Would not buy again.

I prefer an automatic tuner but this one is great value for putting in the emergency comm prepper bag.

Tunes me up great!

Call me crazy but I like this manual tuner, I like rotating the knobs and seeing the tuning results with the needle. I also perform this process with a new-fangled Nano-VNA, which shows a nice plot of the VSWR as Im tuning, and its a good way to see whats really going on. This model works nicely on 6 meters also.

No power needed so it is high rel. Works as advertised. Minimal losses through this box.

The MFJ-949E is my first antenna tuner to be used. The cabinet passed the ole shack test which is a good sign. I am looking forward to using this item and expect a learning curve and alot of help from YOU TUBE videoes.
