Love that it’s light weight and easy to carry! It seems to clean my carpets and hardwood well although I no longer have a dog nor do I have children at home anymore so can’t give it the real acid test! Also like that there are onboard tools. And, it’s really cute (that is if you’re in the market for a cute lil vacuum). Dislikes: The cord is way too short! I can really only vacuum one room at a time. I’m guessing it has a short cord because the cord is stored inside and would take up too much room if it was twice the length. I mentioned that I loved that it was light weight but also dislike that it is so light weight it tips over!

Good suction, best we’ve seen on a canister. Follows well on hard floors, brush for hard floors is nice - wide and gets up close to the wall - BUT the turbo head is surprisingly really very hard to push on low pile carpet, requires much force (two hands and lower suction) to move it on low pile carpet. The manual and various online videos give no clue of that issue at all. Power level dial seems to have no impact, especially the ‘Ear’ setting for “energy saving” supposedly quiet mode, is not any different in noise level. Came with only one dust bag. Seems a $400 vacuum should come with a HEPA bag, not give you a low end bag out the gate, forcing you to buy an aftermarket HEPA bag. Every new vacuum I’ve bought or shopped for in the last 20 years came with a HEPA bag. Why would the consumer NOT want a HEPA bag? Not good for carpet, excellent for bare floors.

I wanted a Miele for so long and kept putting off buying one. After my old Mighty Mite died I decided to just go for it and bought this one. I have never loved a vacuum before, but I love this one. Its really lightweight and easy to carry around- its easy to change the attachments without having to bend over and I love that it has a retractable cord. My house is mostly hardwood with some low pile area rugs and it does a great job on both surfaces.

Im a simple man and I appreciate quality. This thing is dripping with quality. Not interested in Dyson because I dont like overpaying for something that looks futuristic but actually isnt. I would rather go for a company that is less widely popular, but has made quality products in the industry for many years. Miele fit this bill and I have no regrets spending the money on it. Ive tried cordless vacuums and cheaper vacuums. Cordless vacuums simply dont do a good enough job to justify having one around. Youre basically leaving 40% of debris behind on whatever youre trying to clean. For the sake of not having a cord. Yuck. Thats not my style at all. When I clean, I want the thing clean. Spent $150 on a cordless which I regret. Ive tried cheaper corded vacuums and although the suction power is decent they all lack something which make them feel like a complete cleaning solution. I should have just foregone all those and bought a Miele right off the bat. Heres why it is amazing and a 5/5 overall: - Suction power is amazing. 1200W motor so there you go. It doesnt play around and it doesnt sound obnoxious either. - The bag system is much preferred. Im so over dumping debris in a garbage can and trying to dodge a cloud of dust. Just take the bag and throw it away. I dont mind paying a little more over a lifetime of use and never having to worry about breathing in all the crap the vacuum just sucked up ever again. - Filtration system is genius. The air feels so clean after vacuuming there you would think you are in a different environment after. - The vacuum is simple yet Im able to clean the whole house effectively with it. A simple swap of the tool head and I can reach all corners of the ceiling. Cobwebs, spider webs, dust, all gone. The wheels keep it maneuverable and allow it to swivel easily. It has a button to retract the cord so you dont have to wind it up after like most vacuums in the $200 range. Not the longest cord ever but its fine and feels sturdy. - Once you are done with it, the vacuum slides into place to become one piece, and tucks into your closet, taking up minimal space. How considerate. Great buy and Im very happy because my living space is fresh and clean!

This brand is great. The quality of the product is very good, solid motor which performs and does the job as expected. It’s working for over a year and no issues whatsoever. All adapters have been designed so the use of this vacuum machine is very flexible.

Incredible power. So light and easy to use. Whisper quiet. Stores great with ways to lock the wand upright. It cleans amazing. Love all the attachments on board. As crazy as this sounds, vacuuming is now something that I look forward to instead of dreading. If you have alot of carpet or really deep shag carpet you will want to go with the more expensive version that has the electric powered brush head. The airflow powered brush head does a good job on low pile but even that bogs it down a little. Its the perfect choice for my house. The electric powered head will add more weight and more noise, which I would not want. If you just have area rugs and hard floors, go with the cheaper version without the airflow head. This vacuum has so much power I find myself just using the hard floor brush on area rugs instead of changing heads. If I could change one thing, I would make the electric cord longer. To answer the question you are wondering, YES! its definitely worth the money.

Purchased this for my mom as she wanted another Meile. It arrived quickly. Personally Im not impressed. I have 2 Dysons, the one from Christmas 2005, best present ever, an upright that is still going strong and one from 2016 thats the cordless model. The Meile doesnt have the quality of the Dyson design wise and doesnt have the suction power of either of the 2 I own. I would not recommend this sweeper.
