> 3 dayThis is the first Miele product I have purchased. I love this vacuum! It is very quiet compared to my old upright which just screamed when in use. The suction is very strong and easily adjustable. I love how lightweight the main unit is and how easy it is to adjust the telescopic handle. I can get under beds, the couch, and other pieces of furniture without having to add additional hose pieces or lift the furniture up! My husband is very pleased with the unit as well. He is actually able to vacuum the ceiling vent in the bathroom without a struggle. Wonderful product!

> 3 dayI have another Miele for Dog and Cat that was too heavy for me to handle and it sucked up my area rugs no matter the setting so bought this one since the roller head is suction, not motor driven. It still sucks up the area rugs on lowest setting. I thought since the head was not power driven that the suction on lowest setting would not be enough to suck up my rugs. Well, it does. I like the quality, the good filters and filter bags, the motor is superb, strong and quiet. But it sucks up the rugs. Also my complaint about all the Miele vacs are the attachments are bulky and wont go under most furniture do the the design, even the handle to hose when used is curved so it would go under things. This also cant be stored in an upright position with the attachment on it like most vacs. It has a clip on the back bottom of the machine that the attachment with hose attached slips into but that means the vac as to stay flat, not set upright and it becomes difficult to store. To store you have to remove the tube and attachment to sit it up. The floor or carpet attachment wont sit upright on its own either. When vacuuming you either have to set it in this clip or lay it on the floor. It wont stand up on its own due to the curved design of the attachments and hose. Very odd. It is as if who designs Miele vacs never used them to clean house or they would have made changes. I still love this one for the lightweight and good motor and filters. Great on fine cat litter dust.

> 3 dayFirst off the little canister is so cute, like a little bug. But wow, its powerful. I love that the canister is separate from the hose, makes vacuuming less labor intensive. Great suction, great maneuverability. My husband even loves it and vacuums now all the time.

> 3 dayLove that it’s light weight and easy to carry! It seems to clean my carpets and hardwood well although I no longer have a dog nor do I have children at home anymore so can’t give it the real acid test! Also like that there are onboard tools. And, it’s really cute (that is if you’re in the market for a cute lil vacuum). Dislikes: The cord is way too short! I can really only vacuum one room at a time. I’m guessing it has a short cord because the cord is stored inside and would take up too much room if it was twice the length. I mentioned that I loved that it was light weight but also dislike that it is so light weight it tips over!

> 3 dayWorth every penny. I can’t believe I waited so long to buy a good vacuum. I will never buy a cheap vacuum again. Didn’t know what I was missing!

> 3 dayThis is a very good product. Easy to use and has a very strong suction feature. I wish it had a way to get to the rotating bar to clean the brushes. Other than that, it is very effective.

> 3 dayThe vacuum is powerful on rugs and wood floors. Because it is light it is easy to move around and it is comfortable in service. I like the filtration which keeps the dirt in the bag and not in the air. Great color and for the money I found it to be a really good purchase. Made in Germany so it has a cool design element as well.

> 3 dayI am a dedicated Miele lover. I love the absolute quality of the machines, the reliability - just everything about them. However, my Classic C1 Turbo is much smaller than I expected. It is lightweight, and has terrific suction, but is hard to push across my rugs and carpet. I wish I would have gone to a dealer and seen the vacuums in person so I could make a more informed buying decision. Instead, I opted for a quick delivery from Amazon - because I needed a vacuum FAST. I will keep the Classic C1 Turbo, but will regret the small size.

> 3 dayMore powerful suction and lighter than our previous Miele classic. Glad that we made the upgrade.

> 3 dayWhy is it that if you want a good vacuum in America, you have to buy one made by a foreign company? I dont know (I do know), but I do know that Miele is the way to go for vacuums regardless of where you live. The suction power is incredible and, even without the power head attachment, really deep cleans carpets. I just wish Id been able to afford this one first, instead of all of the useless $100 and $200 vacuums weve lost along the way. Perfect for pet hair - we have a border collie and a long haired cat, and plenty of short-haired pets. The only thing thats come close to the ability to get pet hair out of the carpet like this thing, is carpet scrubbing steam cleaners - and who wants to break that out each week? Perfect for stairs - our stairs have been a wreck for ages, because our uprights could never provide anything close to a good cleaning solution for stairs. The suction power, long hose, secure attachment locks, and especially the low overall weight of this unit make cleaning stairs easy.
