Mini Smart Plugs and Smart Outlet Extender

The plug works well and was fairly easy to use, minus the app being a little difficult at first. I love the option to use the outlet for lights and fans when I am away from my home. I didnt realize that only 3 plugs are smart and the USBs work as one single smart outlet. It is also difficult to fit 3 plugs in a vertical row, so expect to only use 4 plugs at one time and the USB ports. Overall, good product, and I will likely be buying more (probably single smart plugs) for my new home.

I love the idea of this outlet but it would be great if it was designed to screw in the socket for better security. It falls out too easily.

You have to get their app, which requires all kinds of location data, photos, and wants to push adds for something that should require none of it. I have both 2.4 and 5 networksSays you must connect to 2.4. Tried multiple times after creating an account, then following instructions that said fast blinking to link, then slow blinking contradiction. Unplugged, reset, tried multiple times both manual and automatic with no luck. I suspect mine is defective, and would get it replaced and try again but I found one that works with the alexa app, and does not require a 3rd party account and unnecessary authorizations and data collection.

This unit was reasonably easy to set up, and I like the fact that it has both wifi controlled and regular always on plugs. For where I placed it the the USB ports on top had little value, but I can see where they might be useful. Especially for a beside plug. My problem is that the unit failed within 3 months. This is outside the Amazon return period. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me to go talk to Amazon. So a waste of $20+.

Perfect and easy to use

I just moved and am not sure I was able to keep my Manuel for the smart plugs which had a qr code. In the ghome app these particular model is not showing so you actually dont have full use of all the outlets. Ive tried to reset, Uninstall app see if there are updates. So im probably left with recycling them!! In the end it was a waist of money if I end up buying more. One thing it could help with is I have home internet and I also used it to turn off the ac when I lived in California!! Ive watched videos but have still been unable to get any connection for these to work again on my Samsung s22 ultra. If I end up keeping spectrum I would not buy this brand again since I cant even tell if I can get another manuel.

Easy to set up

Does exactly what is expected of it. Have multiple Alexa timed items and several non smart items plugged into this surge and they work flawlessly.

So we are not very tech savey but I really like the smart home products we have so far and I wanted to try this out. My husband was able to figure it out pretty quickly and I love being able to use my phone to turn on and off lights and kitchen items. He has not worked on how to use the voice option yet but I really hope he dies that soon. I would recommend this item.
