Model 1764 CUTCO Traditional Cheese Knives with 5.5 Micro-D serrated edge

I was raised with cutco. They say this is a cheese knife, but it’s way more than that. Cuts paper thin veggies too. I have several pieces, still have the scissors from over 60 years ago when my dad sold cutco door to door. The demo was you can cut a penny with them . No dulling the blades. Which is true . Love mine

Bought mine, with cushioned handle, from a college kid selling Cutco. This is Cutcos best product and the best cheese knife Ive found for typical household use, cutting fairly small blocks of cheese. Cutcos micro double-D edge (very fine serrations) virtually eliminates cutting effort on small cheese blocks and releases slices with ease. For larger blocks (2 to 4 lb) my sharp, sturdy Santoku knife slices with no difficulty but releasing slices requires a little finesse. Check Cutco direct or a local salesperson for a better price than offered by Amazon

Product was somewhat expensive but cut cheese easily and was easy to clean.

Its the best knife ever! Wonderful cheese knife, but also excellent for cutting vegetables, eggs and cookie dough ( rolled into logs) just to name a few.
