> 3 dayAfter trying countless other aerators, nothing compares to the Moens. Without having any test results, I put all my money on these as having the most aeration, and least amount of splashing. They also work very well with low water pressure, still providing a nice aerated stream. (this is where cheaper aerators always fail). Ive used these in over 1500 different residences. If you ever see anyone throwing away an old Moen faucet, be sure to grab the aerator off it first.

> 3 dayThis is a great replacement for the original MOEN aerator without affecting flow rate. Yes, there is plastic strainer inside instead of the wire mesh. Hand tightening is all it takes. A little pricey, but worth it. Big box stores dont carry this item.

> 3 dayJust received the new aerator which fits and works perfectly in my very old Moen Chateau faucet. No more sputtering faucet; just a nice smooth flow. GPM 2.2 a bit lower than original, but honestly cannot tell the difference.

> 3 dayIt works fine and is easy to install, but i also had changed out an old, filthy cartridge at the same time and because I installed this aerator before changing out the cartridge and that sent a lot of dirt that I wanted to get out from behind the aerator, I removed the aerator to rinse it, but the o-ring came out when doing so, and the o-ring was actually oddly shaped where the top and bottom surfaces werent planar but instead angled in one direction, and I couldnt fully push the o-ring back into the aerator so i just sat it on there and tightened it a lot harder than the first time due to it leaking from the o-ring not sitting right in the aerator. I dont know if this issue would be consistent across all these aerators, but it sure was a problem with mine.

> 3 dayBought these to replace the aerators in our ORB faucets. Cheaper than getting the ORB part as long as your screw cover is in good shape.

> 3 dayI could have bought a cheaper brand, but, I have been impressed with Moen, since I bought my house. The builder had installed Moen faucets in all my bathrooms and kitchen. It is easy to work with and this aerator lasts a long time, 15+ years. So, it is worth every penny.
