Mongo Versipack

The bag itself is OK, but the main clip that holds the cover flap down broke fairly easy. I have never had this happen before but they normally can be replaced. This one is sewn in to make it much harder to do that. Expected better than this for this kind of money. Would not buy again.

This is absolute the best day pack/man-bag Ive ever owned. I can fit my concealed pistol, laptop and iPad in the spacious interior. With the design of the strap, it feels very light to carry all day long.

This bag is made of very durable material. When I first received it it was a little too stiff and even a little abrasive to the touch. However, with use it has soften and is not as rough feeling. The bag has numerous pockets and easily holds all my EDC items as well as extra when I need to carry more items. I am very plead with it.

Great for a heavy duty murse. I dont have a CCW and the closest thing I come to urban warfare is a little road rage. I carry a Chromebook, phone, MP3 player, some chargers, pens, first aid supplies and some office stuff during the week. I will reload this bag for the boat, the beach, dive trips and whatever else may come along. It is a very versatile bag for all those things. I bought it for the quality -- I tend to blow through cheaper bags, particularly the zippers, so I wanted something that will last a little longer. Its a pretty rugged bag. I hope to get some years out of it.

The color of the bag is khaki, but with quite a greenish hue, making it less attractive than other non-maxpedition bags that I own in khaki. Most khaki bags are more brown than olive. The only actual problem i have is that it seriously needs a carry handle like most other maxpedition bags. Otherwise its as bomb-proof as anything they make and I suspect it will last just as long under rough conditions. Im using it as a manly diaper bag so I suspect Ill hand it down to my kids when they have their own.

Perfect for my needs. I have a lot of maxpedition items and the quality is great.

I used to own the 5.11 RUSH MOAB for an every day carry bag. After about a year I grew tired of how it sat on my back. I decided to give this messenger style bag a try and Im happy I decided to spend more money to give it a try. I ended up adding the maxpedition janus extension pocket. Im a big guy and the extra strap and storage worked great. I have no issues carrying this bag and it doesnt fatigue me like the MOAB did. I even carry more weight in the Mongo. I couldnt be happier with how it carries.

Holds everything you need for a newborn, plus has a conceal carry option. Best 100$ ive spent in a while. Great construction.

Liked it so much this is my second.... Never hurts to have a great bag at your side. Maxpedition makes bombproof products. this will last you for years.
