> 3 dayThis is a super sharp that I almost cut my left thumb off just taking it out of the plastic hulster. Its okay I had still had two at the time. Just be careful.

Greater than one weekNot my first morakniv and wont be my last. Dont get me wrong, one would be enough for a life time but they are so well made and well priced that I keep multiples around. The handle is extremely comfortable and the blade holds an edge well.

> 3 dayNice comfortable grip. The blade is thick enough to handle heavy work. The knife is secured well in the sheath. This is a quality knife at a great price.

> 3 dayA really well-made knife. Companion is a good name because its just what Id want to have out camping, fishing, etc. The blade looks like its bevel sharpened on one side like many Japanese knives, but its beveled on both sides. A lot of people dont like stainless steel, but Ive used Victorinox knives for decades and theyre stainless, and you can keep them very sharp. Theres stainless and theres stainless. This has a pretty thick blade, so durability should be good. A good all-around knife.

> 3 dayFor the price this knife is hard to beat. -They come super sharp from the factory. -I prefer the stainless steel blade, I have one with the carbon steel and it rusts up too easily. -Handle feels good in hand and is grippy. -Sheath works great, plus it has a clip on the back instead of a belt loop which is convenient. The only potential negative is that the knife is 3/4 tang, not full tang, but I have never experienced any problems from that and I own several of these knives and have used them for years. Highly recommended. For the price you wont find a better knife.
