If you expect a 90$ k ofe to have a fully sharpened blade and a nice point at the end...stay away from this. It is hefty it is solid but i had to spend 1.5 hrs re profiling the blade as it came with a rounded tip. I had to make sure the knife wasnt a safety knife thats how rounded off it way. Mora quality is slacking

This is just flat out an awesome knife. Feels great and is very functional for my needs.

Excellent knife for the money. It has a modified scandi grind (basically a saber grind), which makes it more resilient for wood processing and skinning/processing animals but less so for detailed carving/whittling or food preparation (although it can be used for those as well, it just wont be as good as a Morakniv companion or the 511 for those tasks). Its carbon steel so it needs to be cared for, but it also makes it easy to resharpen in the field and it gets SUPER sharp very easily. The spine can be used as a ferro rod striker, and to scrape wood dust, and it does produce sparks if you hit it with a flint. I like the mole mount, there are detailed youtube videos showing you how to mount it, or how to use it with the belt loop, but still some people hate it. I have the leather one too, and I like it as well, but IMO the mole mount is more versatile.

Despite reviews to the contrary, this blade is INSANELY sharp. The spine perfectly flat ground with a slight burr to the edge for a Ferro Rod device.

You wont find a better value for your money with Mora knives. The Garberg is specifically designed for bush craft, having a sharp 90 degree spine with which to use a ferrocerium rod. The Scandi-grind makes it easy to sharpen. All in all, an outstanding value.

Its a full tang HCS Mora with a sheath that actually locks the knife in, whats there not to love!? Im a knife junkie and this is definitely one of my favorites. Molle system is a bit finicky imo and could be improved but thats not why I bought the knife

One of the finest knives Ive ever had the pleasure of using. Good weight, and good feel to it. I feel like I could be put into any situation and have a fighting chance with this by my side. And the included equipment that you can use to mount it to your belt or backpack ensures that it will stay by your side.
