> 3 dayKnife is for meat only in my opinion. In that right very good knife. I like it but only for meat processing. Quartering mid to large animal. To Sharp for skinning and to long for wood carving. To hard and brettal for diving. I like it just not a edc.

> 3 dayI love this knife. It is lightweight, sharp as hell, scrapes Ferro rods like a boss. I also like the ambidextrous sheath …for memory issues lol. I used it to my daughters Ferro fire starting. Scraped rods many times with zero issues and it cleaned up all purdy like afterwards

> 3 dayThe great philosopher, humanitarian, and punditLeroy Jethro Gibbs is best remembered for his rule: Never go anywhere without a knife Aside from the fact that you wont be able to board a commercial airplane, this is good advice And this is a good knife to not go anywhere without Nicely balanced, nicely honed and practical for any number of camping/household yses. it may not be the best blade ever produced but, like Babe in the movie of same name, Itll do

> 3 dayGreat knife for the money. Good stainless steel and comfortable plastic handle. Sheath has positive snap retention. Made in Sweden!

> 3 dayYou wont find a better value from any other knife manufacturer - Morakniv is truly THAT GOOD. The Morakniv Kansbol is no exception to the brands excellent reputation and lineup. With a 2.5mm thick Sandvik stainless steel blade, this is a lot of knife for not a lot of cash. The scandigrind blade edge is very easy to resharpen even for those of us who just plain suck at sharpening their blades (like myself). Unfinished top edge serves as a striking surface for the included flint stone. Along with the knife itself, this set comes with a sheath, flint stone, leather belt loop (removable from the sheath), and a short length of paracord. The knife is extremely comfortable, and the handle fits into my small handles effortlessly to provide excellent grip and control. Unbeatable value for the quality you get. You cant go wrong with the Kansbol, or any other Morakniv at that. They last a lifetime and never let you down.

> 3 dayYou really must be joking. Mora knows better than this--Im sure of it; and why they put out a superb knife with this whole cockamaime holster which flops around all topsy-turvy when ya walk... I have absolutely know clue. The knife is first rate, and well-made. The holster and its obnoxious and annoying leather strap on the other hand... utterly ruins the whole entire experience, for me. Because it is really just that terrible. The entire plastic sheath--knife and all flops out onto the floor when I walk, and it twirls around out of control. Pathetic engineering of the holster, and stupid!!

> 3 dayFor backpacking and camping, this knife is a great choice. While it is stainless, its a stainless that can rust, meaning it has enough carbon to be a useful steel for the field. Is very sharp, handles well, great sheath. Perfect knife to bury in your pack. For survival, this thing will certainly do. (Do not baton wood with this thing, batoning is overblown. Treat it like a knife and itll serve without fail.)
