Low-light in what universe? This does not work in sun light and barely moves in direct halogen lamp lights.

Ok, so heres how this works: The globe is encased in a liquid filled clear plastic sphere, same as the compasses they used to put in the back of cheap survival knives. The globe itself rotates inside the fluid filled sphere when exposed to sunlight (by magic, or physics, whichever you prefer), but because the plastic sphere is so thin, it appears the globe is just sitting there rotating on the 3 clear plastic supports. Very interesting piece of art and a definite conversation starter.

It doesnt always move although I understand the light part of it. It varies on movement and it is halfway near the window.
