I wanted to get a monitor to complement my Dell S2716dg, since I cant find that one anywhere anymore. Bought this from Best Buy and I mean, it looks great watching videos (generally) or looking at photos and playing strategy games. Stand is very lightweight and feels like its about to fall apart. Ghosting is so awful. Playing Rocket League was terrible compared to a typical TN monitor. The motion blur was terrible. Imagine playing a game with VA monitors, and normally you turn motion blur off, except your monitor keeps it always on. CoD wasnt great, but was better. Even after I updated to most recent firmware. Will most likely be returning this monitor to Best Buy. Looking for an IPS or another TN monitor simply because when Im playing Skyirm, Horizon: Zero Dawn, or any other type of RPG/First Person game, its terribly sickening. I dont believe for a minute that its 1ms response time compared to my Dell S2716dg.

Great for someone on a budget, and if you are upgrading from an older 1080p monitor capped at a 60Hz refresh rate(like me), this thing will blow your mind with how smooth everything feels while gaming. Might update this as i get more time with it, only had it about a week. Cons: No HDR, would have sucked ass anyway at this price point, doesnt bother me though. VA panel, nuff said, wish it was IPS but at the price, i can deal with it(and you should too) Included HDMI cable ... would not work with my Desktop or Laptop. I may have gotten a bad cable, but something to note. I expected it to not work with my laptop(its old AF circa 2013), but after building my new pc. it was shocking to see it also didnt work plugged into a 3070... Displayport works just fine. Pros: Price. 1500R curve is just right imo for flight sims like dcs if you only have one monitor. The on screen menu is relatively easy to operate due to the joystick input.

    1) Gaming is a bit of a stretch. I have a slightly older MSI WQHD thats no longer available that was about the same price. Pretty much same bezel and panel, but it has way better gaming features in the built in monitor settings. No game mode settings. No RGB. 2) The power supply cable is non-standard for monitors. Its some cheap laptop charger brick instead with a very short cable and tiny round connector. I have a vertical dual monitor setup and the power brick is just hanging in the air. They cheaped out here and its basically impossible to get a longer cable since it is not any kind of standard.

I purchased this monitor when it was on sale, various resolution and refreshing frequency including 120 and 144 Hz are supported thus all great, no ghost effects or dead pixels at all. Fast shipping and clear installation guide.

Let me start off by saying that when I bought this monitor (in August 2022) the price was 200 dollars straight from Amazon; no 3rd party seller. TLDR at the bottom. Pros: - High refresh rate (good for gaming) - 1440p - Good color contrast Cons: - VA panel, this is the biggest con (movement will not look as smooth, even with the high refresh rate. Ghosting WILL occur on this monitor and it will be obvious. I will say however, that if youve never used any other monitors you may not notice the ghosting. This monitor also will flicker under specific circumstances that even Im not aware of, and is not fixable by software updates. It is a hardware issue known to occur in VA panels such as this one) - Backlight bleed is also an issue more commonly occuring with curved VA panels. (this also occurs with IPS panels) Personally this isnt as huge an issue as is the ghosting, and does not bother me one bit. Just know that the backlight bleed will only really be noticeable in dark environments. TLDR: Annoying ghosting issues. Backlight bleed. Good contrast and colors.

One of the best monitors I have ever had. The quality and the price are perfectly balanced. Totally worth it if you are into gaming.

Easy to assemble, great refresh rates even at 1440p and works perfectly with one of the new xbox’s or a high end gaming pc

This was so nice when we first got it. Everything was perfect about it. Only problem is my daughter knocked it forward on the desk and it the picture was messed up. So my only issue was it didn’t take much to break it.
