Greater than one weekThis is a great product, I originally purchased this monitor for my Xbox series S because of the native 1440p at 120 FPS. And it works amazing for that the only issue is the VRR/Freesync when you have variable refresh rate enabled for the monitor there is huge dark area ghosting. This is when the monitor will light up dark areas via flashes. But all you need to do to keep that from happening is not use freesync. If thats a deal breaker for you then dont purchase this product. But for all of your gaming needs on next generation consoles this is a must have

> 3 dayThe color on this is great. Shipping had no damages, no dead pixels. For gaming? You can tell there is a big ghosting problem and that is due to the monitor being VA although nothing in the description refers to it being that. I assumed that because it was described as a gaming monitor and 1ms that it would be IPS, as that’s the standard. VA isn’t really meant to be for gaming and fast movement which is weird that they would make this for fast response even though the refresh rate has pixel dragging. Lesson learned from the experience, don’t do what I did. Unless specified in the title, or not added in the product info, assume any monitor is a VA or TN, not IPS.

> 3 dayGreat resolution and color for the money, but a couple of dead pixels near the edges. Not very noticeable, but they exist.

> 3 dayI was really looking forward to using this monitor and upon opening the box setting up the screen on my desk turning it on I was left disappointed because part of the screen is darker than the other half. I looked it up and it’s says my screen is broken and that I need to get a new one! How can you send out a broken screen! And now the screen won’t even turn on and says it has no signal!

> 3 dayFirst monitor was defective and powered the LED once and no more. Amazon replaced it quickly and the 2nd monitor worked correctly. Very impressed by visuals and sharpness, color quality is great. Ill stick with MSI for my monitor needs.

Greater than one weekMonitor doesnt start. No problem with external power supply - checked, problem with internal parts. Im an international buyer and it is not easy for me to return monitor for replacement. I accepted that risk while making purchase though. Anyway bad experience, will never buy MSI products from Amazon. Before didnt have any problem with MSI while purchasing from other suppliers.

> 3 dayI think because it’s curved it’s not a good item to ship. After receiving my item broken and doing research I found out a lot of people have gotten a broken Lcd fresh out of the box. I was recommended this specific monitors by a friend. His has great pictures quality and I feel in love I was so excited to receive mine only for it to be cracked upon opening it

> 3 dayI just want to say that first off, I never have written a review before. I dont believe I have ever been so dissatisfied with a product enough to feel the urge to write one. However, after buying this monitor THREE separate times, only ONE of the monitors have actually worked. First monitor had a black hole in the screen, and it would literally move around and expand. Obviously I had to return it. It was a hassle just to return the thing. The second one worked fine, every once in a while, if I clicked the power button, it wouldnt automatically turn on. Now, I just leave my monitor on. Now this third one, which I ordered to replace the first one, just came today and let me just say, I am either absolutely unlucky, or MSI just makes their monitors with terrible quality. The power button is literally jammed and wont turn on. Its stuck and theres nothing I can do without having to take it apart myself and fixing it, which I wont do because I ordered it and it should have come in decent enough condition for it to turn on at the very least. I understand more than anyone else that sometimes, defective products are manufactured and a customer just receives it. The simplest thing would be to just return it and get a new one. Except when that whole process alone takes a long time to do, not to mention that this has happened twice already. I am just more astonished that 2/3rds of the products that I have ordered from MSI have issues with them/came broken. Safe to say, I am not longer interested in trying a fourth time. The second monitor works fine and looks fine, aside from the power button issue where it just doesnt start up all the time. The simple fix was to leave it on. However, I would just buy a different monitor honestly. It sucks because otherwise, I would say this is a decent monitor, but I am not about to re-order a fourth one and pray that by some miracle, I dont get a defective product again.
