One of the most trusted names around for me. I needed to take Vitamin B-12. When I seen this I knew it was the one I wanted. Good price, good quality. Sometimes it melts all the way in my mouth before I can even get it swallowed. It tastes fine. I dont gag. I will be buying more.

Basic supplement. There is no way to know the potency or absorbtion without labs being done. I trust this brand to do what is says it will do though.

These small little pink pills may taste a little chalky, however, one a day does give me a boost of energy. They are definitely worth taking daily for that little burst of energy. I would recommend these to my family, friends and everyone.

When my husband needed to go on Vitamin B12 he was on 1000 mcg. As his bloodwork improved his dr wanted him to go on 500 mcg. Stores carry 1000 mg but 500 mcg are extremely hard to find. So now that I have found them here I have it on subscription. I no longer have to go from store to store to find the smaller dose.

I have more energy.

I do not notice any difference from this purchase than my pharmacy ( more expensive).

No soy which is good for me.
