Nature Made Vitamin B12 500 mcg, Dietary Supplement for Energy Metabolism Support, 200 Tablets, 200 Day Supply

I can only say nice things about this particular bottle of Nature Made vitamins, this vitamin B12 pills are kind of rough.

Wouldnt re-order if it didnt perform as expected.

I honestly dont know how to fairly judge this. I didnt have my levels checked before starting. I have not noticed an increase in energy or anything else. I have a history of miscarriage (Ive had 5) and have been hospitalized twice for severe blood loss. Due to this I thought it would be wise to take vitamins. I am on a broad range of vitamins right now. I have not seen any difference that I could attribute to any specific vitamin. Pros of this vitamin is it is really small and so it isnt as hard to take. Cons for this one, It dissolves in your mouth pretty quickly and makes you want to gag if you dont swallow fast enough. I would buy this again just for the price and the fact that I didnt have any kind of reaction to it.

I really wish I could/would read. I am supposed to take 2,500 Mcg tablets. I thought these were 5,000 Mcg. My bad. I bought these, was taking FIVE a day until I got to my drug store and got the correct dosage. My husband is now taking the rest. I love Nature Made vitamins, and believe me, I take a lot of them for various reasons (all the vitamins I take have actually been prescribed for me, or I wouldnt take so many). Check with your doctor to see if you need more than what you get in a multivitamin. If so, these are excellent.

No soy which is good for me.

I have used vitamin fro Nature Made for a long time, its so easy to swallow, no bad taste, the most important thing is Vitamin 12 from Nature Made worked really well, since I am a vegetarian, I need protein in daily basic to balance my health, Nature made vitamin absorbed smoothly in my system. Would recommend this brand to anyone. By the way thanks Amazon for fast shipping!

I dont know why but as you age you need extra vitamin B12 since this doesnt seem to be filled by any foods that I normally eat. So I get this supplement and take one pill a day and my blood tests show that this works. Two of these bottles last me for more than a entire year. Too much B12 can be bad for you and I find that this 500mg dose is just fine (for me at least).
