> 3 dayI don’t recommend this brand as I’m now more educated on we’re to get my vitamins but this didn’t really do much for ME. I needed them for energy but was left still drowsy. But this is just my experience everyone’s body is different so definitely try these to see if they work for you!

Greater than one weekI can only say nice things about this particular bottle of Nature Made vitamins, this vitamin B12 pills are kind of rough.

> 3 dayIf you are over age 50 (like me) you probably have a b12 deficiency. Take one of these a day to correct this. B vitamins are water-soluble vitamins. In other words, they can dissolve in water – so excess B vitamins your body doesnt use are washed out through urination.

> 3 dayWhen my husband needed to go on Vitamin B12 he was on 1000 mcg. As his bloodwork improved his dr wanted him to go on 500 mcg. Stores carry 1000 mg but 500 mcg are extremely hard to find. So now that I have found them here I have it on subscription. I no longer have to go from store to store to find the smaller dose.

Greater than one weekIve been using this brand of Vitamin B12 for a long time and they always help me with energy and keep me more level in my emotions while making me feel more optimistic. Vitamin B12 is an excellent thing to take on a daily basis and I have recommended it to several friend that fight with depression and low energy and they all say it has helped them a lot. Consider buying a sublingual version of these also because some peoples stomachs do not absorb Vitamin B as well as others, the sublingual is supposed to go directly to your blood.
