Finally was able to get my B12 into an acceptable zone thanks to this medicine. Overall, I believe that this pill did a great job but takes a lot of counter space.

Basic supplement. There is no way to know the potency or absorbtion without labs being done. I trust this brand to do what is says it will do though.

The pill is not meant to be a chewable, but the darn thing melts quickly in your mouth so good luck not gagging. I was told I am to swallow it like a normal pill, but these are not normal as they are zero coating on them. Makes me wonder if these are like others I have had in the past where you let it dissolve under your tongue.
