> 24 hourNot loving it so far... doesnt work very well with receipts & software isnt great at working with the scanner and it does nothing to organize in any fashion. Super expensive scanner basically that I am on the verge of returning.

> 24 hourThe scanner is too expensive and it is not doing the basic task of scanning consistently. When it does work, it works like a charm. For me, every other time, I have to switch off and on again for the paper to be recognized. It is becoming a nightmare to use this regularly.

> 24 hourThis is a great tool. Very fast. My only complaint is that it struggles a certain brand of plain printer paper that a vendor sends us. I wish I knew the brand -- it seems like a normal piece of paper, but only their invoice get jammed in this device.

> 24 hourFirst and foremost, if you want to use this scanner with your business or in an enterprise environment, just dont do it... In fact if you want to use this more than about 12 times in a year it is NOT the right scanner for you! We have 2 of them being used in an enterprise environment and theyre both dreadful devices. This is a poorly constructed, poorly programmed piece of consumer level garbage. Its so slow at times you must wait 15-20 seconds for the display to react to touch input, some of its settings get wiped if it gets rebooted and as a added bonus it jams up at least once a week... Like bad jam that requires tools and lots of time to fix. And the icing on the cake? Ive seen companies with bad customer service or support, this company has no customer service or support. I tired calling the number and their cumbersome phone system just hangs up on me because it cant find my account... Cool. Done with this garbage.

> 24 hourGreat looking product, loved all the marketing information & what it could do - felt like it was a bargain. But I was unable to connect the scanner & get it working (I am an ex-techie with a better than average technical grasp on hardware / software). I couldnt connect - tried USB / Wireless / 2 different machines / factory resets etc. So I thought Id try Neat Technical Support. Like most companies they hide their support number. I tried to Chat (message said they closed at 6pm even though it was 5.45pm) - I tried their phone number but eventually got the message I needed to submit a support ticket. When trying to submit a support ticket, there was no submit button available (using MSFT Edge). Felt like a conspiracy! None of their self help actually tell you what to do if it doesnt work - only how it SHOULD work. For $300+ I expected better. Terrible experience & Im sending it back.

> 24 hourInitially this worked great. It really helped me to go paperless and move everything to the cloud...until a couple of months ago it stopped being able to upload to Evernote. Apparently a lot of people are having the same problem because the discussion boards are full of some really upset people. The company isnt very good at communicating what they are doing to fix the problem or if they are doing anything to fix the problem. Emails to them only generate canned responses.

> 24 hourThe wifi scanner is great and its a breeze to drop papers of all sizes in and have them scanned. Where this thing fails miserable is on the web site where your scans appear. The interface is lousy, and while it does a nice ATTEMPT at scanning the contents of your docs, where it fails is the process to organize and store your files. Lots of needless clicking, sorting and confirming, etc. It really should used more of a desktop motif where you can just drag and rename files and sort them as you see fit. It takes multiple clicks to name and sort a single file. If you were hoping to do a quick sort of dozens of pages forget it, youll give up after 3. Its a shame. Ill probably unload my scanner on ebay and call it a loss

> 24 hourBought it in January 2014. Immediately got it connected to Neats cloud and my Dropbox but not my email. Each time I tried to connect to my email I got a message that my password was incorrect -- it wasnt Two weeks later, I couldnt connect with my Dropbox. Tried to call customer service but they dont want to talk to you so you have to email them. But they never respond. Have spent my business partners time, other staff time, my IT consultants time and my time to figure out whats wrong and still no help from NEAT. Run away fast -- very fast. I want a refund

> 24 hourIt scans quickly but the customer support is non-existent after a few months. This is an issue since it seems to get knocked offline and I still cant figure out how to scan directly to dropbox as their ad states. You can scan to an ftp server and pull it to your computer, or you can scan to send via email, or you can scan to the memory and then disconnect from the internet and connect to the scanner then go to their neat connect interface and find you scans then click the scan to open and then save as pdf to your machine. However, their interface leaves much to be desired. It doesnt scan things in order of time and it saves everything you have to manually delete things one at a time from the scanner and not from the online interface connection. There fore sometimes I go to try to find a scan and its not at the top of the list though I just scanned it, its somewhere else and I have to keep clicking to open different files because the naming structure is also not able to be changed on the scanner and you cant tell one file from another. Not so great or easy but once the software interface is upgraded and/or you can put your dropbox information in and scan directly to a dropbox file it will be a great product.
