I use this vacuum for my basement, which has vinyl flooring. I havent used it a lot but so far my experience has been great. Good suction and easy to use. Ive even used it on my carpeted steps with good success. Its exactly what I was looking for - and maybe more.

Excellent for the price

I bought this specially to help me vacuum under furniture at home. I needed it to be able to lay completely flat to get under my bed. Up until now I have had to fight with my Swiffer and I have been using the cordless the brand Vacmaster for a few years but was tired of having to stop to change over to my Swiffer to get under my furniture. I have 5 cats so needless to say I vacuum several times a day. I have hardwood flooring so this was perfect. The first day I received it I let it charge all night. I wanted to test the run time so I wanted to be sure it had a full charge. It did not disappoint! I was able to vacuum my entire 1500sqft home on low with two battery bars left. Plus it lays flat! I also clean homes for a living and will definitely be purchasing an additional one to carry to work. Now only few negative things I can say about this and I do not consider it a deal breaker. The attachments arent on board and will not fit tightly to the wall mount charger. As in when I try to put them on they arent snug so everytime I go to pop the vac off to use it the attachments fall off. Also their is only two spots to hang the attachments but it comes with 3. Regardless of these few insignificant factors I will still purchase another and smile while doing it! I can most definitely recommend this stick vac. To me its better than those high priced Dysons, also the $10.00 off coupon was a major factor in my decision. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Handy, easy to use, excellent on hard floor surfaces. Head swivels easily. It is ok on carpet. My animal Dyson is better for carpet. My son and I each bought this for our homes. We love this vac. So far, great, especially for the price.

The vacuum is great. The suction power is very good, the roller heads swivel nicely, though one wasnt working( I called customer service. They answered back in just a couple of hours(and this was on Presidents Day) and sent me a new roller. Then they called again to follow up). The package included 4 HEPA filters, very nice, and numerous attachments for the vacuum. I couldnt ask for better customer service !!

I love how lightweight and easy to use this is. And Im obsessed with how bright the light is. Every time I go to clean up a small mess the eye of sauron sheds light on all of the crap on my floor and no crumb or layer of dust can hide from my gaze. I have all hardwood floors and a few small rugs so Im not sure how this performs purely on carpet but the suction is good enough for my messes.

After having a rough time with a different brand cordless stick vacuum I decided to try the Nequare brand. All in all I give it 5 stars. This vacuum has two speeds and I mostly use it on low for every day cleaning of my laminate floors to pick up animal hair and general dust and also debris brought in walking through the front door. I have paid attention to any gradual loss of power due to battery issues because of that different brand I purchased before the Nequare. NO GRADUAL LOSS OF POWER SO FAR. The battery on this Nequare vacuum seems to hold its own and also functions well when switching to the higher speed. I love the attachments, especially the mini powered mite brush and the flexible hose that ships with the unit even though those two attachments do not function together. The suction on this vacuum is good. It comes with 4 HEPA filters. They are NOT washable but Nequare does provide a brush to clean them. They recommend replacing the HEPA filter every 2 to 3 months. The HEPA filters also come with a simple removable screen which does assist in trapping dirt before it gets into the HEPA itself, but you still need to brush out dirt from the pleating. The battery charges within 4 to 5 hours which is average in my opinion. The vacuum with the battery installed is top heavy but there is a bracket you can install into a wall to hold it. The mite brush does pick up the finest of debris. I have cats and birds in the house and Ive noticed that this brush pulls a lot of fine dander out of furniture and off floor surfaces. I have a back injury and some funky spine stuff going on so I needed a lighweight vacuum. Anything else creates more strain and more pain. This vacuum seems to help immensely so that I can get some essential cleaning done. I also love the extendable wand that does carry power through to the larger floor brush and the mite brush. The larger floor brush has lights on board as well so you can see where you are cleaning. I do not have carpeting but I do have some small rugs. This vacuum does a fair job of cleaning them too. One more thing, upon purchasing this Nequare vacuum, before it shipped, I did receive a message from the seller. They reached out to inform me that customer service is there for me if I need them. I found this to be very attentive and very much appreciated.

I have now used this vacuum to clean my 1800+ sq.ft. home, inhabited by two adults, and 4 cats. My home is about half carpet/rug, and have textured tile. I was nervous that this product would not be capable of efficient cleaning, thanks to fur, hair, litter, cat food, dust, etc. I like my house clean, and I like my clean non-back-breaking. Upon receiving the vacuum, it was very light, extremely easy to assemble/disassemble/restructure in whatever format is most useful to you. The attachments are very basic, but that’s how I like it. No fuss, please. Turning the vacuum on, I was having a conversation with my wife about the vacuum, whilst vacuuming - that didn’t seem to register at first, but then I realized I was able to do that because this is a very quiet (not noiseless) vacuum. The suction is very efficient. I read reviews on here claiming otherwise, but in my experience, this was pulling up fur, hair, dirt, cat food, litter, etc. the tank is small, which is a pro in the sense that this thing is extremely light, but it will lead to several stops to empty - emptying is extremely simply, and takes doesn’t even take a full minute. I do like to pop the brush off and clean off the fur and hair that gets tangled (this happens on every vacuum) just for max efficiency as I vacuum. I have had no bad experience with the battery yet. I am able to maneuver the vacuum very quickly, as it is extremely light weight, and pivots well in all locations. I can get under and between my furniture. I am able to vacuum my entire 1800+ sq ft home (hard floors, carpets, rugs, and textured tile) on a single charge, and without rushing or compromising a good job. This is not the answer to all of your deep cleaning projects, but, my goodness, I have a cordless, lightweight vacuum that handles a house with two adults and 4 furry cats. I can convert it and reformat it to suit my needs if I wanted to clean things like curtains, ceiling fans, blinds, trim, couches (thank you, cats) or (super cool) my car. I enjoy the vacuum very much, it’s modularity, and it’s price point. I’ve owned other, cheaper lightweight cordless vacuums, and those performed well for the price. However, I certainly notice that this vacuum gives you (in my personal experience) more bang for the buck. Highly pleased thus far.

Great for any job hard wood, carpet or car Great to have 2 vacuums in one. Attachments include are great to get into small spaces I’d buy this again. My granddaughter who’s going to college in the fall and she wants to take it with her so I may need to buy another one

I bought the newest model. Previous models needed more suction. This model, N28, has two speeds, and I do the whole place without using the second speed, 2000 sq ft. Effortless to put together and comes with every tool one would need for any vacuuming job. The materials used in manufacturing are first class heavy-duty. Great machine at a great price.
