> 3 dayI love NEQUARE cordless vacuum cleaners. This one has incredible suction power, has the small little lights to assist in helping me see dog hair, I have 4 small dogs and when it’s shedding season my asthma acts up really bad. So I need a cordless vacuum cleaner to clean my hardwood floors on a daily bases. So far I really love the suction, how easy it is move it around, especially with my arthritic hands. It’s a little top heavy but that doesn’t bother. But when it has battery I can’t seem to stand the vacuum up on its own? Please advise if am doing something wrong. Because I do need this function. Also, please advise on where I can find the Hepa Filters for your previous model (it’s the White NEQUARE AND I LOVE THAT CORDLESS VACUUM CLEANER) Thank you so very for reading and have a beautiful day, Mayra

> 3 dayI bought this Nequare cordless vacuum cleaner, it has incredible peformance sucking up pet food and hair in one pass. It is like my Hoover self propelled corded vacuum cleaner. The best part is that it is so much quiter, and it is cordless, so going around furniture is so easy without pulling a cord. It is also very easy to empty the dust container. The other great part is the sellers service and customer care. They check on you to make sure you are happy with their product and they respond very quickly. It is definitely a Win Win!!

> 3 dayThis vacuum is great, decent suction on low pile carpet, rugs and hardwood floor. Easy to assemble, clean, charge lasts just enough to do the job. If you expect super strength suction, buy a corded vacuum. For a cordless cant complain at all, does its job well. Super lightweight

> 3 dayAfter having a rough time with a different brand cordless stick vacuum I decided to try the Nequare brand. All in all I give it 5 stars. This vacuum has two speeds and I mostly use it on low for every day cleaning of my laminate floors to pick up animal hair and general dust and also debris brought in walking through the front door. I have paid attention to any gradual loss of power due to battery issues because of that different brand I purchased before the Nequare. NO GRADUAL LOSS OF POWER SO FAR. The battery on this Nequare vacuum seems to hold its own and also functions well when switching to the higher speed. I love the attachments, especially the mini powered mite brush and the flexible hose that ships with the unit even though those two attachments do not function together. The suction on this vacuum is good. It comes with 4 HEPA filters. They are NOT washable but Nequare does provide a brush to clean them. They recommend replacing the HEPA filter every 2 to 3 months. The HEPA filters also come with a simple removable screen which does assist in trapping dirt before it gets into the HEPA itself, but you still need to brush out dirt from the pleating. The battery charges within 4 to 5 hours which is average in my opinion. The vacuum with the battery installed is top heavy but there is a bracket you can install into a wall to hold it. The mite brush does pick up the finest of debris. I have cats and birds in the house and Ive noticed that this brush pulls a lot of fine dander out of furniture and off floor surfaces. I have a back injury and some funky spine stuff going on so I needed a lighweight vacuum. Anything else creates more strain and more pain. This vacuum seems to help immensely so that I can get some essential cleaning done. I also love the extendable wand that does carry power through to the larger floor brush and the mite brush. The larger floor brush has lights on board as well so you can see where you are cleaning. I do not have carpeting but I do have some small rugs. This vacuum does a fair job of cleaning them too. One more thing, upon purchasing this Nequare vacuum, before it shipped, I did receive a message from the seller. They reached out to inform me that customer service is there for me if I need them. I found this to be very attentive and very much appreciated.

> 3 dayI have been using this 3 months now and find it very useful. My main vacuum cleaner does not get used very regularly, so even though it has a hepa filter, it always puts out a terrible mess. In addition, it cannot get places this cordless vacuum cleaner reaches easily. The result is that I now vacuum at least once a week. The entryway from the garage where winter grit would build up on a mat is cleaned regularly. In its early use, because it was reaching very dusty areas that had not been vacuumed for years, the filter would clog very quickly greatly reducing the effectiveness. Emptying the small canister is a tedious process. After opening the canister and removing the metal housing holding the filter, it is necessary to clear the housing, and then remove and clean a very dusty screen held about the filter with velcro. Finally, the filter needs to be brushed clean. I do this outside, since it is impossible to do without sending up clouds of dust. It is impressive just how much can be extracted. As time goes by, the dust blocks the filter more slowly. At first it took two emptying cycles to vacuum a large room, but now I find I can vacuum several rooms and the stairs before needing to empty the canister and more dirt, not just dust, is getting picked up. There is no doubt that my house is much cleaner now, even though this device is much less effective than my main vacuum clearner. The difference is that I do not mind using this one - it does not put out a terrible odor and, because it is emptied after every use, it is never going to. It is annoying that the flexible hose is short, making it necessary to hold the canister when doing surfaces above waist high. Also the brush is very stiff and rather small. The natural way to hold the vacuum leaves your finger on the trigger, causing you to turn it off by accident. Since it is necessary to always use it on increased power, restarting it involves pushing two buttons. There is a barrier to keep your finger away from the trigger, but that makes the vacuum feel less balanced. This took some getting use to. Overall, I have been very satisfied with this vacuum cleaner. I bought is as a low cost experiment, to see if a cordless vacuum cleaner made sense. My conclusion is that it does. This has worked as I had hoped, even is not as effectively, and my next vacuum is likely to be a more expensive stick vacuum cleaner.

> 3 dayI charged this as instructed an in the morning the light was telling me it was ready to go. But as good as the motor sounds the suction is just not there. So so disappointed. I have to keep going over same spot with maximum power and it still not picking up.

> 3 dayThe vacuum works great and the attachments make it very convenient. The door to empty it out cracked within a week of use. I emailed the company and they said they would see what they could do. I sent pictures and its been almost 2 months with no response from them. Would be a 5 star review if it wasnt for bad customer service. Also would be better if it picked up when moving it backwarss

> 3 dayUpon opening you can for sure tell it’s used, but I did assemble it and so far it works great. Just required a little cleaning up.

> 3 dayThe manual advises not to use the vacuum to pick up “tiny granules”..so, there’s that. Fully charged this vacuum will struggle to suck up a juicy bug, but is extraordinarily light and convenient for dust/pet hair. I use it all the time, and a daily mediocre vacuuming is preferable to a once monthly shop-vac crawl. I wish I could have afforded better, but it’s better than never vacuuming (so never hanging out on the floor).
