I love the vacuum but it’s malfunctioning The on off button does not work and it’s not sucking up just spinning I need this replaced

I know it sounds weird, but that little light on the brush head shows off everything on your floors in the dark! I like to keep my floors clean, but I had no idea how much cat hair accumulated on the floor until I saw it all under that light! My only complaint is when you turn it off, a little pile of dirt and debris, especially pine needles, fell out. For some reason it just didn’t suck them up. Otherwise, it really works great!

Overall, Im very happy with this vacuum and the seller. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because it doesnt have quite enough suction to pick up cat litter cleanly. However, my full size Shark vacuum (which is fairly new) doesnt do a perfect job either. Otherwise, it has just about every attachment you need, its lightweight, and the battery time is good. So, its perfect when I need to clean up something quick and easy or need to reach places that can be awkward or too heavy with my Shark. I recommend this vacuum.

Great value. Easy to assemble and light weight.

This is the second Nequare weve owned. This model has only one problem. The latch that holds the dirt in the dust cup doesnt latch any longer. I have to use tape to hold it closed and in place. Another contributing problem is the wall attachment and how it attaches to the vacuum. It places the vacuum at an odd angle which put pressure on the latch. This causes it to also not want to stay latched. Otherwise, it does a good job on all our cleaning tasks.

I absolutely love my new vacuum. Super lightweight and easy to adjust the height so even my kids can use it too. I’ve been looking for an inexpensive cordless vacuum for a while now and came across this one. Love all the attachments especially the one with the brush and the end to pull hair from around the spinning part(don’t know exactly what it’s called lol) charges super fast too. I don’t have to move everything from the rooms to be able to get a good vacuum done anymore. I’m the homemaker so 95% of the cleaning gets done by me. Not always do I have the time to move everything to vacuum, this makes it quick, easy and convenient.

When I first got this vacuum I really liked it. It did exactly what I wanted it to do. It wasnt the greatest at deep cleaning; I think electric vacuums are better for deep cleaning. It was great for quick touch ups. Four months after I got it the main tube broke - part that goes from the vacuum to the floor tool. I contacted the company and they were quick to respond. I was told that a replacement part would be sent to me soon. I have now waited over a month and no replacement part. When I write to them, I get the same response The tubes are expected in a few days. Will send replacement soon and it never comes. Very, very disappointed.

Decent over all. I dont have another cordless vac experience to compare to tho. But over all it works great. Since all my usage cases involve carpet, thats the only use case i can talk about. I wish it cam with a strap for when using the hose/crevice/brush attachment - it would free up one hand to move things around, and one hand to vacuum. Since theres no strap, it makes it awkward to vac, and move things around when needed. Overall its good. Works great on carpeted stairs. Main reason i bought it is to vacuum in a space thats just too tight for a regular vac, and to dust surfaces. I dont like that the unit cant be stood up against a wall on its own. I dont like that it doesnt balance on the base. I like how thorough the filtration is, but cleaning out the filters is annoying. I wish theyd been made of a washable filter. Brushing out the filter, screen, and metal screen is pretty messy. I dont hate it. And i dont love it. It works tho. I bought a little duffel bag to store it in since they dont make it balanceable, or so that you can store the parts on it. They should make a little floor tray that can stand the vac upright and store the attachments and spare filters, and make it easy to carry all together if needed.
