I bought this vaccum along with insurance plan. But...when small roller broke and I need replacement they never help me. I submitted pictures along with several emails with explanation. I never receive anything from them. Be careful, this vaccum is not strong, easy to broke. Only look nice.

Previous vacuum being used was hart ($150) and it was acceptable outside of the price. This hits the mark perfectly on all counts and if the price stays the same it will be consistently shared and bought more. More tools, good battery, lightweight, and more variety in where and what it can be used for.

There is not a need to spend hundreds of dollars when you have this vac. its quick to pull out to vacuum particles off the floor and the suction is perfect for all hardwood floors. it also works on carpet which it is very easy to convert to a hand vac to get the corners on stairs. I would recommend this vac

Relatively light and easy to use. Best part is that it has a lot of other tips to use for other things like your car or tight spaces. Easy to clean and reusable filters are also a great plus.

This has been working great. I do take out and clean the filter every other use. Filter needed changed at 3 months, noticed the suction went down. But great again with fresh filter. If I use to clean my entire house, battery needs recharged. If I use to just spot sweep, battery lasts all week. Definitely would recommend.

The vacuum is solid! Strong suction power, easy to clean, convenient to store, and comes with lots of attachments/accessories that make it very versatile! I had to take a star off for the handle design though. I have relatively large hands, and the angular design of the handle, while cool looking, forces my hand into a somewhat uncomfortable position when using for a long time. If it didnt have this issue, it would be the perfect vacuum for me!

I wanted a lightweight easy vacuum that did hardwood floors as well as has a long hose that I can detach and use for baseboards,,, I have 3 dogs and 1 cat and I have a lot of fur,, i wanted something easy and practical that I could use daily for quick pickups ,,, so my pro list,,, I can vacuum quick and detach base and put extension on it quick and easy,,, I love the light on the base!! I turned out the lights to vacuum and with the lights on the base, I SAW SOOOO MUCH FUR I WOULD HAVE MISSED WITH MY NORMAL VACUUM!! so that is probably my favorite feature,, seems to pick up quite a bit as shown in my pictures,,, easy to assemble,,, lots of different attachments,,, Cons- the handheld part is very clunky and heavy,,, so after awhile of vacuuming, your hand will hurt,, this product is not for anyone that has bad Arthritis or carpal tunnel,, after a few minutes I had to give my hand a break and shake it out,, the battery does not have a light when charging, so you don’t know if it’s fully charged or not or when the battery is low,,, I haven’t researched yet how much the filters cost or how easy they are to purchase,,, they give you 4 to start with and they are easy to clean off but after 1 sweep, mine already needed a good clean with the brush they give you,, so not too shabby, but time will tell after a few sweeps

I purchased this vacuum after returning a similar but more expensive one that clogged instantly on every use. Id seen this one favorably reviewed online by This Old House and they were right on the mark. The suction power and battery duration are impressive; more than enough to do my hardwood floors and five or six large area rugs in one go. The brush does a good job on area rugs with thick pile. The headlamp on the floor cleaner illuminates impressively and helps me get every last Chihuahua hair. Easy to change the accessories; I like that the dusting brush (and other items) attach to the long wand -- easily did ceiling fans that had a big dust build-up from autumn with windows open. I like that its light enough so that I can raise it with one arm to do higher areas; Im a petite middle-aged woman and have had no problems. Conversely, I use the dusting attachment on the wand to easily clean base moulding and trim without stooping down. Other accessories are useful as well. The crevice tool and small brushless tool were effective on my cars black interior. The battery life indicator is reliable. The canister empties easily without removing from the vacuum, an upgrade from my previous stick vacuums from other makers. Very pleased and glad that this vacuum lived up to its reputation!

This vacuum is great, decent suction on low pile carpet, rugs and hardwood floor. Easy to assemble, clean, charge lasts just enough to do the job. If you expect super strength suction, buy a corded vacuum. For a cordless cant complain at all, does its job well. Super lightweight

I know it sounds weird, but that little light on the brush head shows off everything on your floors in the dark! I like to keep my floors clean, but I had no idea how much cat hair accumulated on the floor until I saw it all under that light! My only complaint is when you turn it off, a little pile of dirt and debris, especially pine needles, fell out. For some reason it just didn’t suck them up. Otherwise, it really works great!
